Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I do not believe the seller was forthcoming with detremental information regarding the vehicleThe first time the oil was changed, which hadn't been changed and the seller said it was just changed by a Chevrolet dealership, the oil plug was not even for the year of my vehicleI believe the truck was sold under pretenses Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
To whom it concerns,
The letter from fence city was accurateHowever, they are void of some details.April 18thwas not the date when this endedI was told on the 18th I would be receiving the fence "shortly"The following week the 26th I still did not receive the fence nor was it shipped, which is why I was canceling the order and why there shouldn't be a restocking feeIn this line of business it should never take weeks to receive an orderI canceled that day, which was weeksweek longer then what they are claiming and was not credited for another weekI reorder the same fence through another company and received the fence in business daysThis absolutely inexcusable, and my customers were upset rightfully so I had to eat an additional dollars because of the tardiness of the fence, totaling dollars all togetherI feel I should be reimbursed all moniesYou cannot restock something you do not have henceforth the cancelation
Thank you

June 21, 2014Dear *** ***,I am responding to a complaint sent to you *** ***The first notification of a complaint that our company received was a fax we received from the Revdex.com on June asking for the required response, I left several messages
that I had never received the original complaint, and could respond until the Revdex.com forwarded me a copyI finally received a copy of the Complaint on June 19.*** initiated an order on March These orders (or quotes) are forwarded to the customer for review and are not processed until payment is made in full, ***s provided his credit card information for payment on Saturday, April (Copy of receipt attached) His order was then processed by our bookkeeper on the next business Monday April "*** was told that his order was being drop shipped to him by the manufacturer, Fence City sent a Purchase Order to *** *** for the fence to be built and shippedOur Website has this statement for this style and brand offencePlease allow approximately days for this order to be shippedOrders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled after business days. When *** called on the afternoon of April explained to him that his order was being Shipped the following dayHe stated that this was ridiculous and that he wanted to cancel his order, and that he could get another product locally by FridayI then talked to the manufacturer and had the Order reConsigned to Fence CityThis was an order that the manufacturer could not return to stock, and Fence City would be invoiced.***s credit card was then refunded the amount of the purchase less a 25% restocking chargeThis was a special order and Fence City has to pay the manufacturer and add to our inventory until someone may be interested in this style and colorA copy of his refund was e-mailed to him(Copy of email attached)Fence City has met all of their obligations, *** then had a chargeback issued on his credit card for the amount of the restocking chargeAlthough this is a legitimate charge by Fence City, we did not dispute and *** had been refunded all of his money think *** *** is using the date of his Sales Order request in lieu of payment date as a base point, I feel that we have been more than accommodating and have met our obligationsPlease feel free to contact us with any questions you may have

Double A Auto Sales, LLC is missing the whole entire pointIt's not about a 'contract'I work in a profession everyday where customers sign contracts and feel they have been mislead for one reason or anotherI am not even the owner of the company and far from it, however, I have the authority as an employee in my position to make an exception on behalf of the customer, despite what is written in their contract
The bottom line is, the truck was/is dangerous upon purchase and with the amount of money spent out of my pocket, the decent and most humane thing would have been to at least assist in making the vehicle safe for my family and me
I will not stop until I let everyone know about the type of cold-hearted,no business sense people who work at this facilityI will go as high as Congress if I have toThis is not the end

I have reviewed the response made by the
business in reference to complaint ** ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I have never received a refund from this businessThe supposed "refund receipt" is a poorly made forgery of my signatureIf anyone were to compare the two signatures, they are clearly not the same and the forgery is clearly a copy that is not signed in smooth writing like a real signature would beI would like to see an official bank statement or some official paperwork showing that the money that I gave them was returned to meThese receipts are just papers that they print in their officeI would not be making a complaint if I had received a refundEven if the loans were approved they still tried to charge me an extra $to purchase a vehicle which was not originally disclosed and could not give me the agreed upon monthly loan payments

This is a lie. Customer was approved and chose not to do deal. We gave customer back his money in cash and had him sign a refund receipt even though he signed a non-refundable one. I uploaded the 2 receipts. Thank you[redacted]

The text messages don't say what it was that Larry promised to fix. I'm confused........If the vehicle was sold AS-IS and the customer bought a warranty then why would any dealership offer to fix something?? We put a battery in the vehicle and had to wait on the guy to bring one. Other than that I'm not sure what we were suppose to be fixing that Larry had promised we would fix. Besides that we took her Tahoe in on trade that she wanted to get rid of that was in horrible shape and the Escalade she bought was a HUGE upgrade from what she was driving. The customer looked over the vehicle very thoroughly before she signed all documents. People can't come to a dealership and buy a vehicle, sign an AS-IS, plus buy a warranty and then want the dealer to fix something. On the "WE OWE" form it clearly says "NOTHING PROMISED OR IMPLIED" "VEHICLE SOLD AS-IS" If we had promised anything to the customer it would have been on the form. Not only that but the customer threatens to bash my dealerships name over this. Nobody made the customer sign the documents and buy the vehicle, she did that on her own free will.

I have txt messages correspondence from Larry the guy who worked with me buying the car. In the txt messages he says the issue was going to be fixed and they were going to order the part(s).

Here are docs from the deal. She bought the vehicle AS-IS from Double A Auto Sales. Then she bought a warranty.

I ordered a fence from Fence City about a month ago because they were friendly on the phone and the price was right. They were easy to work with and quick to respond. All of this was before I provided them with a credit card and paid over $2000 for a fence that wasn't delivered correctly or on time, that was put together improperly and created an overall very stressful situation.
First off, the fence was supposed to deliver on Wednesday 5/4, we had a contractor coming on Thursday - it was delayed.
Second, it was going to deliver on Friday 5/6, we had a contractor coming on Monday - they brought the wrong fence.
Third, they were going to call Monday to confirm a new fence would be created Monday and delivered Tuesday - no call at all.
Finally the fence delivered Wednesday 5/11 - a week later with a broken picket.
Now, we are putting the fence up and the slanted privacy fence does not match the privacy fence that it is supposed to connect to. Also, the gate was larger than we asked for.
It was a mess. All the company said was, "I am sorry." I emailed them with a complaint and never heard a word from them. Stay away from this company.
