In response to Ms***'s complaint, the Assistant Vice President was able to contact Ms [redacted] and come to a resolutionPrestige Financial explained why the funds came out on May 22nd, due to May 25th being a holidayWe were able to refund the fee's back to Ms***The Assistant Vice President was able to confirm with Ms [redacted] that everything was worked outMs [redacted] was able to set up on going arrangements with Prestige FinancialThe Assistant Vice President over her account gave her contact information to reach out to her for any further assistance

In response to consumer complaint, Prestige has verified that on August 3rd, Mrs [redacted] was explained how an extension works and what it would do to her accountShe was told by her account manager at that time to follow up with them and let us for sure know if she could make the payment or if she still needed the extension on the accountPrestige never gave her the disclose for the extension, therefor unable to approve the extension at this timePrestige at this point has yet to receive payment from consumerWe are still willing to work with Mrs [redacted] but we have limited communication with consumer at this point to work our some arrangementsMrs [redacted] is welcome to contact her account manager and set up arrangements on her accountIf Mrs [redacted] does have any further questions or concerns she is welcome to contact Kacee P [redacted] Compliance Specialist at ###-###-####, we do look forward to working and helping assist Mrs [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The Gap Insurance paid the account in full, I was never given a detailed statement showing the erroneous balance, I requested a copy last year and as of today I still have not received a statementMy credit report does not reflect any payments applied to my accountI'm really disappointed and frustrated with how the customer service department is allowed to operate Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:You have failed to explain where the "30,additional student loans that Mike s [redacted] said was on the reportAll credit reports have been pulled There are no additional student loans All of my loans are with nelnetI will repeat since you cannot comprehend I have pulled all credit reports , Nelnet has combed through my credit report's, and Nelnet advised me to contact NLSD the national databank of any all government loans in the United StatesThere are no additional loansSince you say there is an additional student loan over 30,I need to see what you have because nelnet and the national dept of ed shows all loans I have taken over my lifetime are consolidated and held at Nelnet You can't make up bogus reasons to deny someoneI'm sure you deal with simple minded people daily but you have crossed the wrong person to try and pushoverNot backing down sir, an additional 30,in student loans on my credit report is pretty serious So either you just simply lied or you were provided with a credit report with loans that I am mot aware of and you need to disclose my informationI will be filing with the consumer financial protection bureau as wellRegards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This company reporting on my credit report that payments late and the account was charged off without my knowledge when I lost my car in accident that it was tolling out my payments was on timeI was waiting for the insurance company to pay the car off, but that didn't happenedI will never pay this loan off if this company until to charged last payment and interest on car loan that I no longer have the vehicleI just want justice Sincerely, [redacted]

In response to this complaint, I have reviewed the account notes, funding process, and retail installment contractHaving analyzed the matter I believe we have followed all applicable lawsI personally reached out to Ms [redacted] in an attempt to discuss her concerns, unfortunately I was unable to speak with her Based on my review, a representative from Prestige Financial Services spoke with the consumer on November 7th, During this interview the loan terms were confirmed, as well as the down payment, vehicle information, and customer contact informationMs [redacted] did not mention that she had another auto loan and the other loan was not on her credit fileIt was not until after the contract was funded by Prestige that we received notification that Ms [redacted] had another auto loanPer the customer the credit union through which she purchased the first vehicle made a mistake on her credit report by not accurately reporting her current auto loanHowever, we learned of the situation too late to reverse the transaction We sympathize with the situation the customer is in, and have offered possible solution but have not come to a resolution at this time that is agreeable to both parties We apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused, and invite Ms [redacted] to reach out to our Compliance Specialist Kathryn D [redacted] directly at 801-844-or kd [redacted] @gopfs.com if she has any further questions or concerns

In response to this complaint, I reviewed the payment history and notesI personally reached out to Mrs [redacted] to better understand her situation and resolver her concernsI was unable to reach Mrs***, however, on September 23, Mrs [redacted] spoke to a representative here at Prestige and informed him that her bank had refunded the money back into her account At that time, Mrs [redacted] set up her scheduled monthly payment Mrs [redacted] is an excellent customer and has a great history with Prestige We value her business and want her to have a positive experience with Prestige I would encourage Mrs [redacted] to reach out to me personally if she has any questions or concerns - Kacee P [redacted] , Compliance Specialist for Prestige 801-844-or [redacted]

In response to complaint, Larris J [redacted] was able to speak to the Vice President over her fileThey communicated and she was able to ask and get answers to her questionsMsJ [redacted] account is in good standing with Prestige Financial and we value her as a loyal customerMsJ [redacted] is able to reach out to either myself Kacee P [redacted] Compliance Specialist at [redacted] or the Vice President Leah S [redacted] for any further questions or concernsWe look forward to working with MsJ [redacted] in the future

In response to this complaint, I have reviewed the account history, notes, and phone callsHaving analyzed the matter I believe we followed all applicable laws and am unable to corroborate Mrs***’s claimsPer her request that contact be in writing I have not reached out to her personally Based on my review, the notes indicate several payment arrangements had been brokenMatt did make contact with the customer in an attempt to assist with setting up a payment and avoiding repossessionHowever, there was no further contact made by Matt after the customer advised that payment would not be remitted by the deadlineAdditionally, based on the consumers request a block has been placed on the account As to the fresh start program, it was explained to Mr [redacted] several times that his last payment was only a partial payment and which made it so he no longer qualified for the fresh start programThere were also attempts made to assist the customers in getting back on the fresh start programAs the required payments were not made the vehicle was repossessedThe repossession occurred as the consumer was days past due Lastly, I have reached out to our customer service department and confirmed that an account history and a current account statement will be mailed out to Mrs*** If the ***’s have any further questions or concerns I encourage them to reach out to me directlyKathryn D [redacted] Compliance Specialist for Prestige – 801-844-or kd [redacted] @gopfs.com

In response to this complaint, I have reviewed the information being submitted to the credit bureaus with our credit reporting team leadBased on my review, Ms [redacted] ’ account with Prestige is only listed one time on each of the customer credit reports with each credit bureauAdditionally, we only send the credit bureau’s information monthlyThe account is currently in a charge off status and is being reported accurately I also checked and was able to confirm that the proceeds of the sale of the vehicle were correctly applied to the account If Ms [redacted] has any other questions or concerns, I would encourage her to reach out to me directlyKathryn D [redacted] , Compliance Specialist for Prestige – 801-844-or kd [redacted] @gopfs.com

In response to this complaint, I have discussed the account with senior management, along with reviewing the account notes, and payment historyHaving analyzed the matter, I believe we have followed all applicable lawsBased on my review, we received the customer’s final payment of $on March 15th, After this payment was received the balance of $was remainingWe are currently waiting for the service plan refund to arrive which we anticipate will resolve the remaining balanceWe then will report the account as paid in full rather than settledWe value Mr [redacted] as a customer and would like him to have a positive experienceWe apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused by the delay of the service contract refund, but will have the account closed as soon as possible after the refund check is receivedIf this does not meet Mr [redacted] ’s desired resolution, or he has any other questions or concerns he is welcome to reach out to me directlyKathryn D [redacted] Compliance Specialist for Prestige – 801-844-or kd [redacted] @gopfs.com

In response to this rejection, I believe we have addressed all of Ms [redacted] ’s concerns and all reporting is accurateThe Prestige trade-lines for each of the credit bureaus have been reviewed by myself and the Assistant Vice President of our credit reporting departmentWe are unable to locate any trade-line which reflects the loan as being refinanced or renewedI also confirmed that the information being sent to the credit bureaus is accurate If Ms [redacted] has any other questions or concerns I would encourage her to reach out to me directlyKathryn D [redacted] , Compliance Specialist for Prestige – 801-844-or kd [redacted] @gopfs.com

In response to this complaint, I reviewed the account history and payment history As payments are received they are applied first to interest, then to the principal balance As Ms [redacted] indicted, she has made 16, payments, on a month contract After reviewing her account, it appears all payments were appropriately applied Prestige is sending Ms [redacted] a detailed account statement so she could see how each payment was applied We value Ms***, she has been an great customer and we want her to have a positive experience, as such if she has any additional questions or concerns, I would encourage her to reach out to me directly -- Kacee P [redacted] , Compliance Specialist for Prestige – 801-844-or [redacted]
