Purchased a rebuilt transmission on 1q/04/2019. He picked up my good core transmission 12/16/2019. A core charge of $1,500 was placed on my initial purchase which was paid up front on 12/04/2019. He told me when transmission was received your core charge of $1,500 would be paid back within 10-14 business days. Today is 02/13/2020. Still no return of core charge or response as to why it hasn't been paid. Just excuse after excuse of claiming to give me my money back but never has.
Business advised Revdex.com that the consumer has been refunded. Business was unsure of exact date, however stated it was a couple of weeks ago for the full $1,500. It has already been taken out of business account and should have shown on consumer's credit card.
I am rejecting this response because: The refund was claimed sent out by check which never arrived. Nor an electronic transfer back to my account for the 1,500. I can provide proof of bank statements to show that the money was never transferred to my account.
