My fiancé contacted prestige flowers on February at 7:AM and ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my place of workThe flowers never arrived and when he called to see why they were not delivered he kept getting hung up on and was finally told that they were just an answering service and could only place new orders The next day February he finally got a hold of prestige flowers *** then told my fiancé that the only thing he could do was refund of 50% and give him a gift card The company debited our account on the day that they took the order, the flowers were never delivered as promised (what we paid for ) they refused to give all our money back they said all they could do was give 50% refund and a gift card .Needless to say we did not want the gift card *** was rude , disrespectful and sarcastic throughout this whole transition
