Review: We had a $5,000+ epoxy floor installed in our garage in Sept. 2014 by Prestige Garage. The work was done in a satisfactory manner, however a crack developed on the floor this spring. I have emailed the firm three times with no response and left phone messages twice (the most recent message was May **, 2015). Once I did speak with [redacted], president on the phone. He said because my floor was uneven when the work was done the crack may not be covered under warranty. I sent him photos of the crack (three times) and asked him to send someone out to take a look at it and give me an assessment. He is not returning any messages.His 631 number on his website appears to be nonworking however I did get through on [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like the firm to inspect the crack and determine if the repairs are covered under our warranty. If the repairs are not covered, I would like an estimate to fix the damage.
