I HAD RECIEVED A FEW PHONE CALLS REGARDING THIS MATTER AND THERE IS A MAJOR DISCREPTENCY IN REGARDS TO MONEY RECIEVED AND THIS WAS EXPLAINED TO *** AND HE KEEPS THINKING HE GAVE MY COMPANY MONEY BUT THE
FACT OF THE MATTER IS I RECIEVED $FOR CHIMNEY LINER THAT WAS INSTALLED AND COMPLETEDHE CONFUSED ME ,FROM THE MINUTE I INITIALLY MET HIM, WITH ANOTHER HOME IMPROVEMENT COMPANY THAT HE PAID TO PUT DOORS IN THE FRONT AND REAR OF HIS HOUSEEVEN HIS TENANT SAID THAT HE WAS CONFUSING ME WITH ANOTHER COMPANYI HAVE TRIED TO RESOVE THIS ISSUE WITH HIM AND HE NOW REFUSES TO HAVE ME GO THERE AND TRY TO PLEASE HIMNOTHING MORE I CAN DO TO HELP HIM

Review: My home was not improved but was left in worse condition before anything was even attempted.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for non-home improvement work as well as a refund on chimney work. There is 2 complaints that I am combining. One for chimney work not done and the other for home improvements.
