I am rejecting this response because: Prestige auto did not even look at the car to inspect what was wrong with the car. How can they know if the issue was not covered under the warranty from over the phone? They incorrectly diagnosed the car over the phone. [redacted] said his mechanic said that I needed to buy a [redacted] battery since they installed a after market battery which was not the case. The integrated supply module is not a after market part since it was purchased from [redacted] of [redacted] and is a part that was already in the car and was bad when they sold the car to me. Prestige knew the car stalled and still sold it to me without disclosing that information. The test drive that [redacted] took me on was a continuous drive with no lights which would hide this issue. I had the integrated supply module replaced on 5/15/14 and the car no longer stalls, however the check engine light just came on 5/24/14 which is still under the warranty but I am reluctant to take the car back to Prestige auto due to the current circumstances. At this point I would like to be reimbursed for the $95.14 for the module. Also, I would like to take my car to [redacted] in [redacted] NJ (who is a reputable [redacted] repair shop) to have the car diagnosed and fixed for the check engine light and paid for by Prestige imports auto.
