happyThey asked our policy in case they needed to exchange a sizeWe told them there are NO REFUNDSYou absolutely can exchangeThey had no problems with our policyThey took the merchandiseOn Sunday they came back and said they wanted to return the lights because their contractor purchased the lights somewhere elseWe said you can exchange and we will get you what your contractor purchased or you can have a store credit or keep what they bought from us and return what the contractor purchased which was not from usWe have our store policy displayed all over all our counters and where the customers sign their credit card receipts also has our policy and is clear No refundsexchanges only
