Review: I bought Marble Countertops from PRESTIGE Marble & Company ([redacted] location) approximately 3 weeks ago. I paid them in Full and I noticed the day after the work was done that some of the Marble countertops had visible cracks and also another part of the countertops had not been polished. Therefore I called this Vendor immediately to let them know about the problem, and I have called them over 10 times in the past 3 weeks and the only response that I received is that next time they have a local job near my neighborhood they'll send some one to fix the problem. In case I forgot to mention, this business is located 2 miles away from my home, so to me that's absolutely unacceptable, they were able to have the marble cut and delivered within 4 days, after I paid them in Full & provided me a faulty product.Desired Settlement: I would like them to send someone immediately to fix the cracks and polish the unfinished countertop. I have been extremely patient by giving them over 3 weeks, so I would greatly appreciate the courstesy for them to finish their end of the bargain by completing the job correctly and as soon as possible.

The island still has a small crack on it that was not been fixed by the business. If the business could send someone to fix the crack that would resolve our current problem.

Prestige Marble & Tile called and will send someone this week to help me fix the issue. I appreciate that we came into an aggreement and I thank the Revdex.com and Prestige Marble & Tile for helping resolve this situation.
