Review: I hired Darryl owner of Prestige Mechanical Services back in November. We had a water leak and problems with Mold. He was caught and stopped by the Mold Supervisor trying to install the new A/C handler after removing the old one and seeing mold on the back side where new part would be installed. Mr. Darryl was so mad due to he had to stop his work.. After all the mold was treated and wall replaced, Darryl was called back to finish his job. Meanwhile he left the old unit which was covered in Black Mold outside on the sidewalk. I explained to him that he needed to dispose of this correctly. I was concerned for kids walking by. He returned replaced A/C and ducts. After 8 days of trying to get his own unit that he and only he had worked on left our home. His worked failed inspection and I don't want him back to try to correct what he did wrong. We can not trust him, he has lied and trusted us so unfair. I am sure he has not abide by the rules and regulations. We never sign for any permits or a Notice of Commencement. We have lived thru the coldest days with no heat. We are now living with 90's and no A/C. The fact that I am a disabled, Hispanic Women I should not be treated as I was part of the floor he walks on. The fact is he was hired to perform and provide a product and service and has not done it. Please I don't want any other person to go thru what I have been living with for 6 months . Help me please, this is way there are LAWS!,,

YouDesired Settlement: We just want Darryl to remove his defected equipment (we know it is because we have had 3 different techs try to provide heat for us). We also have report from County Inspector with list of Violations!

And we want him to remove the Lien. And he should be held accountable for leaving us with no heat on the coldest days. He should at least pay for our new unit. If he purchased our unit from Lenox New like he stated on his receipt. Lenox will rebuise him for what he claims is not his problem.
