The owner installed a new A/C handler and ducts. After 5 days of not being able to get our unit to work he just walk out. We called and spoke to different people in his office and they would tell me someone would come out. This is the most unfair treatment any one should have to live with. This has been going on since November. Darryl, the owner was caught by the Mold Company trying to install the unit and he was stopped!! Darryl , from that point on started with his attitude and speaking to us like animals.
We never signed any papers to pull permits. We found out Darryl pulled permit and never informed us.
On day the County inspectors showed up. Upon inspection they could not believe the work that was done by Presrige. We have lived thru the coldest days with no heat. And now living with 90's and no A/C.
Darryl owner of Prestige has broken many laws and treated us unfair. I am a Hispanic female and disabled.
He even yelled at me saying he does not deal with Women... Please do not let him do this to anyone one else. He has received a list of violations but Iwe can not trust him to come in our home to try to repair the wrong he has done. We gave him 8 chances.. We also have 3 other techs report to all the improper way he installed our system. We just want him to come in and remove his equipment, so that we can hire a trained, caring company to redo his wrong. Please I am disabled and can not continue to live thru what this man has put us thru. I need A/C!,,
