We bought a Kia Sorento from South Trail Kia. Our salesman KJ helped us all the way to find the perfect car for our needs. We were able to test drive several cars in our price range. Nothing was too much trouble and with several coffees later and a good price on the table we signed the deal.
We were offered a great package of extras from Serge the finance manager which we didn't select but it was a good service. When we collected our car it had been checked and cleaned ready to go.
We are extremely happy with all the different people we met at Kia and would highly recommend anyone to go and experience the service.

We both want you to know that the service received was generally good and we want to highlight the special and professional attention received from TOM LEE Product Specialist, who always guides and responds with a wide smile on his lips. TOM LEE informed us in detail and he is willing to address our concerns in the future with respect to the car. He was very polite and useful person with us at that time. We are very happy with his attention and orientation. He is a young men and already is a great Specialist. We want congratulate the South Trial KIA for to have that kind of people working there!!
This was an excellent experience and I would encourage anyone to shop with them. I was reticent to go to a dealership due to the high pressure sales tactics, and relentless calls afterwards. I could have walked right out the door without any pressure to buy at South Trail Kia. They also went the extra '3' miles to make me happy with my decision to purchase a 2011 Kia Soul. Extra items were fixed and replace above and beyond what I expected before I drove it off the lot.
