Hello,We’re sorry to hear [redacted] is dissatisfied with his experience. When John first came to us repair his transmission, he informed us that his insurance would provide the new transmission, however the transmission his insurance company was willing to provide was not one that we would have recommended. To accommodate John, we suggested he pay the difference betweenwhat the insurance company was covering and the price of a trusted transmission we could recommend. Unfortunately, John opted to use the transmission his insurance company was going to provide. We would like to express our sympathiesthat the transmission he chose against our advisement is now having trouble.
