My friend had a car in which the engine had burned outThe car was bought brand new and the engine died at the last payment! It wasn't worth fixing up based on what other auto shops told usI went to the www.Revdex.com.org to find a reputable shop, hoping they would give him better news...and then, I spoke with ALEX! Alex was extremely helpful, very honest, and I liked him right awayHe was a no nonsense type of guy and he honestly just wanted to helpGoing with my gut (and his Revdex.com accreditation), I told my friend to take his car to AlexI said THIS IS IT, THIS GUY IS "THE ONE"! So my friend takes the car to Neo, I mean Alex, and he looked the car over completelyTold him everything that was wrong and what could be done and the possible good and badHe put in an engine and guaranteed it with a month warranty!! No one else was offering that among the mechanics I found Alex and his staff's honesty, hard work, and prices has made him and Prestige Motor Works our new "family mechanic"We trust no one else but Alex A few months later my friend's brother's passenger van went downWe took it to Alex and he worked a miracle for us We've sent him about vehicles so far and their service has been top notchI highly recommend this place to any and everyone!

I went to the www.Revdex.com.org to find a reputable shop, hoping they would give him better news...and then, I spoke with ALEX! Alex was extremely helpful, very honest, and I liked him right away. He was a no nonsense type of guy and he honestly just wanted to help. Going with my gut (and his Revdex.com accreditation), I told my friend to take his car to Alex. Told him everything that was wrong and what could be done and the possible good and bad. He put in an engine and guaranteed it with a 12 month warranty!! No one else was offering that among the mechanics I found. Alex and his staff's honesty, hard work, and prices has made him and Prestige Motor Works our new "family mechanic". We trust no one else but Alex.

A few months later my friend's brother's 15 passenger van went down. We took it to Alex and he worked a miracle for us.

We've sent him about 3 vehicles so far and their service has been top notch. I highly recommend this place to any and everyone!

Review: On March **, 2015 I came to this dealership all the way from MA to purchase a vehicle, as well as trade mine in. I had signed papers agreeing that my trade in vehicle would be paid off. Almost a month later, I have received NO paperwork for the vehicle that I have purchased in order to register it in the state of MA, nor has my trade in vehicle been paid off. I keep getting the run around from the salesman [redacted] whom every time my husband or myself call to speak to about this situation, rushes us off the telephone and tells us that it will be taken care of, or he will call us back (in which he does not). I have called my bank every day since I have left there to see if my payoff has been received, and nothing has been taken note off. However, they claim that their "bank" has "cut a check and mailed it out" and that they have spoken with my bank, yet my bank has NO clue what they are talking about, nor has heard from any of these people. I personally would not recommend business with these people, unless you want a consistent run around or your credit completely destroyed like mine is in the process of being. I now have two vehicles with loans, one sitting in my driveway unregistered that I cannot drive, and the other is sitting in their dealership lot.Desired Settlement: Seeing as my issue will clearly NOT be resolved by these people, my attorney has been contacted and I will most likely have to take this to court.

Review: I purchased a used car from this business a little over a month ago, and I have had to bring it back for repair 4 times already. I picked it up on Saturday (12/**/14), and that very night the engine shut off on its own while driving, and would not start back up again right away. It took me 3 tries to turn it on. These issues I keep returning for are major, not minor problems. Under the lemon law, this car should be returned for a refund. They have had ample time to fix it, but have failed at doing so. I am afraid for my life in this vehicle. What if I am driving down a highway and the engine shuts off at a high speed?! I will be killed. I want my money back and to be done with this business. They refuse to give me my money back, but rather want to give me another used car from the lot. I DO NOT trust their cars, as I saw one get sold and be back 4 days later for repair.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and to just buy back my car that I traded in with them.
