Purchased a nice vehicle from here and had a great experience here and I appreciate all the help that James provided for me. It is difficult to find genuine sales people but the staff was more than willing to provide excellent service. Keep up the good work Prestige!

I dealt with *** on this vehicle, he was great! Very
helpful, I asked a lot of questions and what I gained and
immediately had respect for was when he did not know
the answer, (which was only once) he said he did not
know and said he will find out and let me know the
answer and to my surprise he called back with the
answer. Very nice guy, I drove it 3 times before I bought
it and I could not be happier! Great service, great guy in
***, he is actually starting to help me look for a car for
my wife soon...

So I am updating my review, after reaching out to ***
and Prestige several times for some pre-existing issues
I was told would be taken care of no problem. I have a
couple things I pointed out before purchase as was told
no problem they would be fixed, not to worry. Now I
have it in text and also wrote up some of the issues on
paper at time of purchase. Some of the minor issues
have been resolved, cosmetically, and the trunk did not
always auto close on my 750li when press the button,
and took care of them no problem. Told take the car we
can setup time to get those issues taken care of in a
couple weeks. Now did that, took the car in for these
issues to be taken care of and had car for 2 weeks, was
told everything I had brought up will be taken care of
nothing to worry about. Sadly after the 2 weeks still did
not have the hood shock (missing one, so hood would
not stay open), A/C did not work, and here in this area
A/C is a must, and there was a slight coolant leak. I
have several messages over the past month, and now
no response at all. I have tried contacting them directly
several times, as these things I was told would be fixed
o my satisfaction and now, nothing. I even reached out
to them yesterday morning stating I really need this
corrected as per our agreement and they have not
responded at all. Very unfortunate as I love the car, and
*** was excellent, built up some trust with me, actually
had a solid customer, and he was looking for a SUV for
my wife. So had all intentions of being repeat
customers. And I would still be a repeat customer if this
gets taken care of.

I have that all the repairs will be completed in writing as well

CUSTOMER HAS BEEN CALLING THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER TO GET A HOLD OF US. WE HAD A SECOND PHONE LINE AT *** WHICH IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE. OUR NUMBER IS *** CALL OR TEXT. WE HAVE CALLED HIM AND LEFT A MESSAGE TO REACH OUT AND RESOLVE THE ISSUES HE IS STILL HAVING. THE HOOD STRUTS WERE SPECIAL ORDERED AND HAVE BEEN SITTING IN OUR OFFICE FOR A LONG TIME NOW. WE ARE CURRENTLY WAITING FOR A CALL BACK FROM THE CUSTOMER.

I am rejecting this response because:I have contacted the correct number, and can send a screenshot of the messages if needed. I can not figure out how to attach here. Also if the hod strut was in a should have received a call. Issues are still outstanding, coolant leak, A/C non operational, etc. I will also respond to their direct phone all as well just want to make sure it is noted here I have been calling/ messaging the *** number

I would love to see pictures(with DATE & TIME showing) of the messages or calls to ***. We have not received a call or text message to *** After the customer test drove the car the 3rd time, he decied the purchase the vehicle if we 1. Replace the A/C vent in the interior 2. Replace the hood struts that hold the hood up($25) 3. Fix coolant leak which was the reservoir expansion tank 4. Fix auto open/close button for the trunk 5. Fix comfort access for the keyless entry/exit....... We replaced the AC Vent, Ordered the hood shocks, Replaced the coolant reservoir tank, fixed the trunk button and replaced the battery for the key. The hood shocks were incorrect sent to us so we had to reorder, the trunk issue was just low on fluid which was super easy fix. We did all this out of courtesy of the customer. We sold the car AS-IS with NO DEALER WARRANTY. The customer purchased a 36 month 36,000 mile warranty through ASC Warranty which is a 3rd party warranty company.......We will attached paperwork to back up all the facts.

I brought a *** E320 E- class on November 6 2017 from a used dealership and I am having problems with the vehicle now the car is making a shaking noise with the motor mounts and the air compressor is also bad to now plus the salesman isn't trying to fixed my car at all and I have to come out of pocket to Pay the tow and diagnostic also cause I wouldn't pay for it

Hello, and sorry for any inconvienence caused to anyone. The attached Documents will show that Prestige Motorsport sold the vehicle as-is No warranty from Prestige Motorsport. We do however offer a basic drivetrain plus warranty to all of our buyers with every vehicle for 3 month/3,000 miles. We tried to work with the customer even though it was as-is and told him to get the car to us and we will take care of the rest. He refused to do so. We sent a tow truck to where the car was to get picked up and brought to us so we can fix his car with all the issues he is having, but he refused to release the car to us. We had to pay the tow truck $200 for nothing because he drove all the way out there to pick it up and they would not release the car. We tried numerous times to work with Mr. Holiday and we could not find any way to make him happy and work things out. Attached are a few of the documents signed stating the car is AS-IS but he does have the 3 month warranty(also attached). I also attached the "Contract Cancellation Option - Cooling Off" which is a 48 hour/250 mile cancellation option you can purchase from the dealership. If you want to take it to a mechanic within the two days you can do so and Mr. Holiday declined this option as well. He contacted us over 10 days after the sale. If you have any questions or concerns we will be glad to answer them you can reach *** at ***. Thank you and our apology again for any inconvenience.

Hi my name is *** I buy a vehicle for prestige Motors in Rancho Cordova ca on November 6 2017 I realize when I came outside to my car it was very low on the right side and left side tires and I called the guy at prestige motors about the problem but he keep giving me excuses. Then he told me to get tow to a *** shop and he said not much but reasonable and I did that and I told the mechanic to give him a call and tell him the problems with my car and he was like that’s to much money. Ps I just want to get pay for the money I payed out of my pocket for getting it fixed and prestige Motors to make it right with me that’s all Okay
