Prestige has reached out to the customer and is in the process of settling her claim for the damaged and missing items.
Review: The end of February 2013 a Settlement and Release was signed and returned to the moving company for damage repairs. After 4 weeks and I had not received the check I began trying to contact them. To date neither e-mails or phone calls are being responded to. I am looking to resolve this issued the the settlement of $380.00 for which I signed.Desired Settlement: I am looking to recieve the check that was promised in the Settlement and Release.
