Prestige One Plumbing Heating and Cooling

Review: I had Prestige One Heating, Air Conditioning & Sewer Drain Cleaning come in to give me an estimate for plumbing work in my shower. I gave a deposit of $500 this deposit was placed on my credit card account. The technician [redacted] claimed that if I cancel for any reason my account would be credited. Unfortunately, after further research through consumer affairs, a register license for plumbing couldn't be confirmed by the consumer affairs staff members. I sent a letter by regular mail cancelling the agreement and called and informed [redacted] at the number listed on their paperwork [redacted]. The never started the work. As of yet my account hasn't been credited.Desired Settlement: My desired settlement is that my credit card account be credited. Thank you.
