Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because the technician said that he would provide me with an estimate prior to doing any workThe technician took less than minutes and then said it was fixedI found out after a number of questions that it was not fixed and I was not going to pay $for nothingIt was also temporarily fixed (doors could open/close) for the dayI returned after a week of travel to find that the door was beeping and did not workI do not want to pay for services that we’re not made clear to me up frontJuan had his salesperson David hold me hostage for a payment when it should not have been due Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear *** ***: Thank you for taking the time out to write about us and express your grievances on how our services did not meet up with your expectations. At Prestige Overhead Doors, LLC, our greatest desire is to ensure our customers are satisfied at all levels and find the most
suitable way to fix their problems without delay. We would like to clarify we were not the company that installed your garage doors nor were we the ones who provided you with the garage door operatorYou stated your garage door operator you purchased (not by us) had a defect causing it to beep and the garage doors where not functioning properlyWe suggested that we could fully repair the problem but you would need to purchase a new garage door operator which then you replied stating you had purchased your current operator years ago, as my technician recalled you were upset and poured your anger toward us when all we were trying to do was helpYou advised my technician to fix what he could and so he did but advising you that you still needed to purchase a new garage door operator in order for your issues to be fully operable and resolvedThe garage doors were able to come up and down which was a complaint you had and we fixedYou were charged for our time and labor and you were upset with the price and said you only had $in cash and threw it at the technician, even though that was not the amount originally charged we accepted our lossesYour behavior is clearly recorded in our phone system and we have done our due diligence in trying to serve you. I am rejecting this response because the technician said that he would provide me with an estimate prior to doing any work. The technician took less than 5 minutes and then said it was fixed. I found out after a number of questions that it was not fixed and I was not going to pay $200 for nothing. It was also temporarily fixed (doors could open/close)  for the day. I returned after a week of travel to find that the door was beeping and did not work. I do not want to pay for services that we’re not made clear to me up front. Juan had his salesperson David hold me hostage for a payment when it should not have been due.
