I was never informed of purchasing additional liability coverage for my household items Therefore I did not know that additional coverage could have been purchased Thus I did not deny additional coverage as mentioned in Medved's response Medved said the weight of my refrigerator is pounds but that is incorrect I contacted Maytag at *** and I spoke to customer service representative named *** who said the weight of my side by side refrigerator is pounds Therefore Medved still owes me additional money based on pounds Medved can contact Maytag to verify that the weight of my refrigerator is pounds (not pounds) The amount of money that I will receive will not be enough to purchase a new door which costs about dollars purchasing a new door is my only option because the dented door cannot be repaired
