The first thing is this UPS Store is an Approved Postal Provider and we have a sign that is provided by the *** *** on the window and in side the storeIt also states that all *** packages shipped will be subject to a surchargeThe *** *** has the same guarantees to the customer as
if they were going to the *** ***The *** *** should refund the customer the money for the express mail minus the surchargeWe signed a contract with the *** back in Nov of last year this is the first time we had heard of someone having a problem with getting there money backWe only act as an agent of the *** ***i have also sent his complaint to our local *** rep

Sir we are just an agent for the *** *** I certainly can do anything for you at my storeNow if you were have chosen UPS we could have gotten you a refund right away since it is postal they always tell that to customersI have forwarded your email to the post master as I am expected to do as a postal providerThey said they would take care of itSo I have done everything I could to help you out there is nothing else I can do for youThis is why we always tell customers to use UPS or ***Because we can issue you a check at store levels for *** it has to come from their office since we have already paid themI will send another email to the post master again to remind himI ve tried my best and you are the first person this refund has become an issue forYou can also submit a claim online at *** like people have done in the past to get a refund

I have spoken to both companies and they keep pointing the finger at each other. Meanwhile I am waiting for a solution. It's not fair that I paid for a two day service that turned into 18 days. Someone needs to take responsibility.
