Prestige Polymer Flooring

I arranged with Mark of Prestige polymer flooring to finish my garage who was also doing my neighbors house . He arrived on time as promised and proceeded to start to work. He offers little or no explanation to his process so I pretty much left him to his work. He spent about 3 hours the first day. He returned the following day to complete the job, this was on a Friday. He was paid and stated I could resume use on Sunday which thought was a little soon. I held off and called him on Monday to say I did not think the coating was dry. He stated he was in the area and would come over. He walked to the garage felt the surface and stated "it's dry" and walked away before I could ask any more questions. Three days later I hesitantly drove one car in the garage. The next day when I backed out I saw a white water spot caused by a/c condensation. then four days later I made a small puddle of water in another area to see if the same problem developed. After sitting for 2 days it too has now left a water white water mark. I have called several times with no response. I see that a previous customer experienced the same lack of response to their problem. He is makeing a joke of your logo which he proudly displays on his trailer. Your response is appreciated. First of all it was not months ago that I called to ask if someone could come out and look...

at the floor it was the 2nd and third weeks of May that my husband and I called and left numerous messages. I spoke to a man the 2nd week of May and he told me that he would have to look at the paperwork and would call me back. When he failed to do so that is what prompted my husband and I to keep calling. He never stated that I send pictures of the floor and never gave me any sort of contact for an e-mail or anything. Today as I read the response from them I went ahead and called the company again only to leave another message.

This is outrageous!!! My husband and I never received a phone call from the company for an appointment to be scheduled! This is extremely aggravating considering the amount of money we spent and not to mention why give a warranty if you cannot stand behind your work or even have the consideration of returning a phone call. Very disappointed! We feel very strongly their accreditation should be taken away.
