Prestige Poodles

On June 22nd 2020 Prestige Poodles stated the cost of their toy poodle was 450$ plus 59$ for shipping with a total cost of 509$. We provided a $260 deposit. The next day the shipping agency, also a scam company, stated that it would cost 950$ more to ship the poodle and would only accept cash all. We resided to pay and requested a refund of the deposit. Prestige stated the money was used on the poodles paperwork however when I tracked the transactions it was used in California not Georgia on Taobao.com with is a Chinese market. No papers were ever provided, they would not answer the phone, and no refund was given. Business is a complete scam and the website presitgepoodles.com needs to be taken down.
