Review: This company was contracted by my condo association to redo out complex swimming pool. The work was delayed causing the pool to open late. There is a HUGE pile of debris behind the pool that should have been removed over 6 weeks ago. Its not only unsightly but dangerous. Finally they did not comply with West chester county regulations as far as labeling the depth markers causing to pool to be closed. This company has ignored repeated requests by the condo association as well as the management company to complete the work as contracted. We residents are being denied use of our pool due to their negligence.Desired Settlement: FINISH THE JOB

We were contracted to do this work however there were no delays in the project nor its opening do to our work. Unfortunatley what the homeowners do not understand is that there are approvals that need to be done by Health Departments as well as towns. The work was also delayed by changes to the original scope of work. We were also dealing with excessive rain for the beginning of the pool season that delayed our work. The depth markers mentioned in the complaint we were not contracted to put it. Once the inspector asked for them the Owners contracted someone to put those in so those were not even on the plan nor spec'd for us to do. We showed no negligence as it relates to our work and have been working very hard to get the pool opened for the residence. We are sorry they are placing the blame on our Corporation there is a lot of internal things that need to go on especially with approvals and changes that they do not understand. I recently shared with them our Contracted scope of work so that they could see what exactly we were contracted to do and how its not our fault for items not in our control, however we were working with the Owners to rectify all issues as a courtesy to them.
