THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND STAY FAR, FAR AWAY! If I could choose multiple complaint type issues I would I had to call a plumber due to a leak coming from my master bath that came in through my kitchen ceiling Prestige Pro was called When they came out, they had to knock a hole through our tiles in our master bath to get to the pipes on the bathtub due to lack of access They took off the faucet and water controls to identify the problem They identified the problem as a diverter within the pipes and that was the issue that needed to be fixed I asked them to write up a quote to which they did The quote was astronomical to the tune of $ I thought that this was outrageous and told them to reinstall the faucet and handles They reinstalled everything and charged me $for the parts and labor The workers called multiple times from their cell phone in the middle of the night (between 1230am-100am) and did not leave any messages They also called the next

Company was hired to install a new furnace and other plumbing needsThe job was completed however there was a gas leak at the furnaceThe fire company was called and gas had to be shut off until repairCompany was called and next day service was scheduledCompany never showed or calledThree attempts were madeSpoke with Leo no last name givenService was again promised never took placeHad to seek service with another company to resolve gas leakSeeking payment for services sought from not honoring there warranty or provided service

These guys gave me an estimate of $but charged me $1,in the end and my boiler is still not right They are RIP-OFF ARTISTS RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION WHEN YOU SEE THEM COMING THEY GET STAR FOR COMING .....THAT'S IT THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU FOR SUBSTANDARD WORK!!!

They charged me $for hours HVAC fix and $for $worth of partsThey are absolutly dishonest and opportunist people.DO NOT hire Prestige PRO LLC for your work!!!

Prestige Pro installed new AC unit for me in July of It was installed poorly with exposed wires and had to return to fix In doing so they spilled oil all over new patio pavers after assuring me they would put down drop cloths The pavers are still damaged to this day Less than one year later the unit is not working I called them to request a service callThe owner (I do not know name since their business cards change with each visit) hung up on me I tried to call them subsequent times and they continued to hang up on me I am filing this complaint because their service is atrocious and I'm not even convinced they are licenses to perform the work they advertise
