Prestige Property Maintenance

On January 3, 2020, I entered into a painting agreement underway with Mike A of Prestige Property Maintanence LLC to paint the interior of a home being sold by owner *** and ***, located at ***, ***, ***. My joining this agreement was to include changes in paint colors. I cancelled my agreement with Mike A on January 5, 2020 and withdrew from buying the home over concerns with mold issues. The home's interior was painted on the scheduled dates of January 7-10, 2020. After cancelling my contract, I have not been able to talk to Mike A of Prestige Property Maintanence LLC to negotiate how to receive a full or partial refund of my $1,900.00 refundable deposit fees. I called for 28 days, at which time I wrote an email threatening to report Prestige Property Maintenance LLC to Oregon Revdex.com by Monday, February 3, 2020. On that Monday, I received an invoice from Prestige Property Maintenance LLC, saying that I owed $40.00 for labor and that nothing of the deposit was refundable.
