We rented the property from Prestige management for several years we would have are day review walks as they would call it, Never had any problems with the condition of the home during all their home inspections Every time we needed something fixed it was very difficult to get someone on the same page the last problem we had with Prestige was a water leak, in the master bedroom They sent out a company that cut a whole on the wall and never came backWe would call and call and every time they would say they needed the owner to approve the work, well months went by and every call we would make was that the owner had not responded When they did send a worker he had no idea about the extent of work so he left it againI have a disabled son I could not believe that Prestige was asking if I was running a foster home, I did not feel like I needed to explain to them my son was disabled and I needed this fixed immediately Their response was that we just wanted it fixed for our foster care need'sThe nerve of the company to ask personal questions regarding any of my children I never got the master bedroom fixed I was so upset I finally left very upset I don't recommend this company to no one We did everything to leave the house in good order, so we thought They came back that it needed painting through-out the whole house and a cleaning crew to re- cleanfor painting and cleaning crew then they needed another for the yardWe left everything so nice we thought a few nicks and nacks wear and tearOnly to receive back from depso wrongWe took pictures when we leftAnd I would say it passed when we did the walk with them on the 9th of Sepno complaints were said at the timeThis is so wrongI don't recommend this company to no onePlease look up reviews before anything I sure will
Prestige property management company is not professional in any sense of the word. They are not up to date with business and when I canceled my contract after being with them for 9 years they still change me the rest of the management fee of 12%. Shame on them.. if you are a intelligent person fun for your life..
