The account did not show "on time payments" or even "late payments" as it did not even show up on my credit report until a few months ago. Now the account still shows open and in repossessed status. In the beginning of the loan my [redacted] was repossessed because they credited my check to someone else's account. So I am wondering if this could be a possible reason to which the account still shows to be open and in repossessed status. Desired SettlementI want the account to show paid off as a positive to my credit score. Business Response [redacted]:This is the first request I have received regarding subject customer. [redacted] is the software we use for our Company.Mr. [redacted] was repossessed 9/16/11 and this being the reason his account is not shown as an I1 which is the best reporting.Due to the fact he was repossessed, reporting always acknowledges this fact even though customer has paid off account.
