We actually received the original complaint from another Lifetouch territory in Chattanoga, TNWe are not sure how this parent got that number or Revdex.com to contactThe territory that received this message originally contacted US with the issue around a month agoWe immediately reached out the parent and coach of the school volleyball teamWe corrected the pictures and sent them to the coach at SchoolWe followed up with a phone call to make sure the parent received her child's volleyball picturesWe did talk to her and she stated that she received the pictures from the coachThe phone confirmation with the parent was made on Nov12th.Northern KY Lifetouch Territory Manager, [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However the number I used was the one printed on the envelope the pictures were deliveredI called every number I could find and was shuffled around for weeksThe first replacement they sent was also wrong and finally it was correctedNo one in this company knew how to handle this or was even pleasant to speak with Regards, [redacted]
