Review: I was in an accident that resulted in multiple repairs. I was given an estimate and agreed for work to be done. I was given a billI that was not itemized and was told that everything was checked including all the fluid levels in the car. One day after getting the car back I drove approximately 70 miles and the brake light went on along with a warning beep. I know the brakes were OK because I had them recently replaced. When I got to my destination I saw that the brake fluid was below minimum level. When I returned home I immediately called Prestige and they sent someone over to look at the car. He looked to see if there was any fluid on the ground and that was it and said it was all good. In the meantime I requested a bill that was itemized so I could see exactly was done and what the cost was for parts and labor. I received no response so I sent two emails.Still no response. A few days ago the brake light went on again and I checked the fluid and again it was low. My car is with another mechanic now. I paid Prestige 1800 dollars and I am still having issues with the car including the air conditioning that doesn't work. In the emails I sent I threatened to take them to small claims court but I then withdraw the threat because I just don't have the energy to deal with these people anymore. So I am writing this so that if someone needs work done they might think twice about using Prestige in Harris NY.Desired Settlement: I would like for Prestige to pay for the break line leak and the air conditioning once I receive the bill from my mechanic. That would be ideal.

Message: Please forgive my last 2 emails. I am not going to follow up on anything. its up to you to send a detailed invoice, I would appreciate it. I want to trust that you were honest. the fact there are still problems with the brake line might have been an oversight. Being unemployed and having limited funds stressed me. Once again, thanks for the good work you did do.
