My name is *** *** and I am the parts manager at Prestige Toyota. I am writing to explain our side of case number *** and tell you about the resolution we agreed on. On February 24, I spoke with our customer about his concern. I explained to him that Toyota has all
but completely discontinued the red coolant and replaced it with pink coolant. I explained that the pink coolant does have different chemical ingredients then the red has, but that according to Toyota the pink coolant is completely compatible with older cars that came from the factory with red coolant.. The red coolant is however, not compatible with the newer cars. The customer was more upset with the way he was treated then the product received. We will refund him for the coolant purchasedThe customer will be sending me a copy of the repair invoice for the coolant flush to me to submit for approval to reimburse him for that as well. The customer said he would do business with us again in the future. I thanked him for that opportunity and offer my contact information

very upsetting for me to hear about this incident with your wiper blades. We have made such huge strides in the quality of service that we have been providing our customers and to hear this feels like it is 2 steps back. I would like to ask you to please come in at your earliest convenience and allow us to replace those wiper blades at no charge. I would also like to extend your next oil + filter change be at no charge. Hopefully this will allow us the opportunity to correct the mistakes we made. Please accept this with my apologies.
