I wanted to extend my thanks and share a wonderful experience I had using Prestige Travel. My fiancé had never been on an adult vacation and we were on a real tight budget due to our upcoming nuptials. I reached out to Scott who I found was full of knowledge and options for our situation. He was assisted by Lynette who was also very patient with me - I will call myself high maintenance - lol. It didn't take long to get any additions or deletions to my specifications as they were always working our behalf. There was never a lack of communication or loop holes to lost money. Everything was laid out and honest. Next thing you know we were on our trip and it was nothing short of amazing and exactly what was promised. Thank you Scott, Lynette, and Prestige for making my husband's first vacation amazing. We will use and highly recommend them for any additional vacations.

I've used Prestige Travel on several occasions for everything from hotel stays to week long cruises. They have always provided me with exemplary customer service and value. I will certainly be a lifelong customer. I've recommended them to friends and family who have also had good experiences with Prestige. In a day and age of impersonal travel service, it is nice to have a company that still cares about its customers and can still provide the value in a competitive marketplace.

I advise anyone who is looking to become a "independent travel agent" to not sign up with this company. I paid them over $400 to be affiliated and was to earn 60% on travel I booked based on their pay. Well, I booked a trip for over $1500 over this summer and guess how much of a commission check I got? I got $11.12. What a ripoff.

The training materials were dated from the 60's based on the dress of the presenters, and marketing promises never materialized as well as a "cheap" unkept site I was to send my clients to. Of course, you could always upgrade for more money on everything as this is how they made their money without attempting to help you.

I also did a trial run and called to get information on a booking just to see what my clients would face when they called. The service was poor and quality of knowledge was bad.

I was told I could not get a refund...so that is money down the drain. Lesson learned.

NEVER NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I have used them twice to book cruises now, and have had a great experience both times - they get the best prices, and their staff is super friendly and helpful, even when I ask for "well, what about this itinerary?" over and over - my indecisiveness is probably annoying, and they have never shown impatience with me :). Definitely recommend!
