Review: in 9-**-14 my father-in-law & I went in this store to look at men's ring. We tried several rings which all has jade. Every single one we tried, sale man keep telling us everything we tried has good jade on it. Finally, we decided to take one which has dark green oval shape jade in the middle. Before I pay for it. I was looking at the ring & question them ( 3 employees was around us since we are the only customers there, and keep telling us about how good piece we had on): "why this ring look has glue on the mount around jade? I never seen any good jewelry use glue to mount the stone." One female employee was be hide me said:" oh, that is second security for the jade just in case if mount doesn't hold jade. We always do that for good jewelry. You know if jade fall off from the ring, we have to pay for your damage!" Then, after a few mins thinking, I paid $1350.00 for the ring.

Two days after, my father in law accident drop this ring, and the jade got separated from ring! The "good" jade was empty inside, it looks like plastic cover! Whole thing is the cover glue on the top of ring. We went back to store want to return,but they don't want to give us money back because they have sign say no refund, only exchange. I was asking:" what shame to sell the jewelry like this. This is really embarrassing for you & for us also." Sale man answered:" We didn't know when we bought this ring." {OMG, they are jewelry retail, they got rip by someone, so they have rights to sell to who doesn't know about jewelry to make profit? That is so wrong for the way they are doing the business!} I told to them I want money back because the jade is a piece junk since they told us that it is suppose be a good jade. They really shame on say:" it is jade, just too thin!"

I even called polices, but polices told us that they only deal with criminal, not civil. I am hoping you can help to stop this business cheat more people. Lots elder people or non-English speak people can't do anything after they got cheat by this business!Desired Settlement: I want my refund. Also, hope there is something will stop them to cheat people like this. A lot of people got cheat by them, but most people have no time, or don't know how to handle this situation.
