We received a call in the spring of 2016, stating there was a issue with the roofWe carry a year craftmanship warranty on our installations and wanted to make sure this was taken care of even if outside the time periodWe came out and investigated area inside where leak showed up and then back tracked area for repairWe repaired flashing on porch and house transitionAt this time we mentioned to keep me posted if leaks againTime passed and we received another call there was still a issue in same area.We returned we did a water test on roof and noticed there was a vent cap from the furnace that was cracked on the seam of metal capThis was not part of roof repalacement.We sealed the metal cap and retested with water and didnt see anymore waterWe mentioned to son in home we will want to make sure water has stopped before we replace ceiling tiles.I call after sigificant rain passed and reached son and mentioned it was not leaking at that timeI was planning to meet son to install and his and my schedule did not work outi left messages on phone recorder to meet but didnt get a call backI received notice again from your Firm this week that there was still a issue on the porchI stopped by with a crew Thursday 11/3/and spoke to person at home where advised me the roof on porch still was drippingWe ran another water test and found issue and resolved issueWe replace ceiling tiles inside at this timeWe went over repairs and test and he were pleasedI attempted to call to go over with [redacted] last night via phone due to her busy work schedule she could not meet when at home, but was unable contact her at that timeI will continue to try to contact through weekend to make sure she is satisfied with our work to solve her problem.Thank you! Brian did come out and work on the problemI still have a leak and he was to return and replace the tiles in the ceiling and repair the work on my back porchThis was about three or four weeks ago and I am still waiting for him to finish this project
