We are a roofing company and are not qualified or capable to do electrical. When [redacted] inquired about heat cables, we told her we could put them on her roof but we referred her to someone else to install the thermostats. We are not capable of...
doing that. Without the thermostats installed, it would be useless for us to attach the heat cable on her roof. This was not included in the contract. [redacted] is a nice person and we were trying to be helpful. Putting the heat cables on her roof was not a service she paid for. We tried to go out of our way and do a lot of extras.

Robert has still not delivered the thermostats that came with the deicers. I paid $600 to have extensive outside electrical wiring installed to accommodate the front and rear deicers but the deicers still can't be hooked up without the thermostats. The electrician is will to come back to install the thermostats without charge.
I paid Robert a total of $7300. which was $176 more than the original contracted amount for the entire roofing system ($7,124). That $7300 was supposed to cover the deicers material he bought and installed, which came with thermostats. He didn't charge me extra to install the material.
Robert did refer me to the electrician to install outside wiring. Robert has since had a falling out with the electrician and never gave him the thermostats so he could complete the hookup. Robert has not responded to repeated requests from both the electrician and myself.

The heat cables were not in the contract. The client for heat cables. Trying to be nice we informed her we could put them on her roof, but we can NOT do electrical and we referred someone she could contact. We installed the cables to her roof, but whomever she had do the wring, should have completed the wiring, thermostat and then just simple plugged in the cables.

Revdex.com had phone conversation with consumer. She is still dissatisfied with business. She stated that although she did not pay the business for the installation of the heating cables, she did pay for the thermostats.
