wanted the warranty. [redacted] also purchasedthe warranty after reviewing all document. He was told by [redacted] my [redacted] not to take the deal if he was not satisfied. [redacted] was at the dealership for over 2 hours going over paperwork making sure of everything before he signed. Nothing was blank, credit acceptance corp which is the bank [redacted] has his auto loan thru will not us print blank contracts, all contracts are computer generated and esigned so its impossible to sign blanks. The purchase price of the vehicle never changed the sales price is $14395.00 plus sales taxes, warranty, and dmv cost. The told amount paid for the vehicle with everything included was $17850.53. He interest rate is what it is due to his poor credit. His finance charge at 22.99% for 60 months is $7498.07. So the total sale price after 60 months including interest paid to the bank would be $25348.60. This bank does not have a prepayment penalty so if [redacted] pays the vehicle off early there is no fee and he would only pay the interest charge up to his early pay off date. Review: I purchased my vehicle july * 2015. They never gave me a title but instead repo papers and said I could register my car with them. I told them the car was going to be registered in.pennsylvania. When I tried yo register my car they told.me I needed the title. I contacted the dealership and the lady instructed me to send my repo.papers back and she'd get my title. Ive been callin for about 4 weeks to.check the status of my title and they are giving.me the run around saying they will contact me back and they never do. So I went back up there and they said theres nothing they can do and they dont know when ill be getting my title. My temporary plate has expired so I told them i.dont want the car because not only have I been having issues about the title but something has gone wrong with my transmission and when I purchased the car they told.me I had a lifetime powertrain warranty. Well nothing has been done about that either and they said I could not return.the car.Desired Settlement: They can either refund my money and take the car back or give me a new car of equal value to.mine that is in great shape.

Review: This company did not disclose the proper intrest rate that I was being charged and when I recieved the contract 15 days after purchase of car, I was told that at the time of purchase the printer did not work and so They were unable to give me a copy of the contract. I had to go back to them to get a copy and this is what I found out. The purchase price was different. I am now being charged 22.99% and the purchase price went from $14,395 to $25,348.60 and I gave them $7000.00 as down payment. The purchase price should have been $7395 not $25348.60. This was a used car so I am now stuck with this payment and can not do a refinance beacuse of this price and age of car...Desired Settlement: Refund - This is not a fair Intrest rate or purchase price for this car...

Review: I was over charged for a 2014 Jeep that I purchased also was not informed it was in 2 accidents. I did not receive the 2nd remote key or owners manual which I was told I would get .I was lied to and told the vehicle was a demo car from a dealership when in fact is was not . I got the car fax after the agreement . I asked for it the first day I was there and got distracted and never got it. I did not get all the paper work I should of got for the sale. I was over charged 6,000 or more dollars for the vehicle. I was lied too and scammed. Also I was told at the end of the sale to get the key from a warranty I took out for roadside assistance.Desired Settlement: I want my down payment refunded and my car back or the trade in value if the car is sold.

Review: Made a special trip way out east to Riverhead to purchase what was called a mint used car. According to KBB paid for "Mint"used car. It had the looks and sound of a "mint" used car. [redacted] the [redacted] was called out to assure me this was a "mint" used car.36 days after I drove off their lot and back to Syracuse the check engine light came on. It was P0021 error. which could be one of a few engine problems. None of them good. Bottom line two trips to a local auto repair shop, two very expensive visits to a Subaru dealer and two thousand dollars later I have what I hope is a "mint" used car. The problem is after phone calls, e-mails, text messages, The people in charge will not even return my call and tell me it is not there problem.Even after they spoke on the phone and said they would call back with a solution.So, my advice is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Prestigious Motors in Riverhead.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to pay for the Timing belt / water pump replacement $1034.00and the alternator replacement / wire repair. $800.00 Even if they pay their cost.
