Dominique *** I think is her name was recommended to us by LGI Homes for credit repair. At first, she was very attentive to make all kinds of promises and talked about how she was at her job and how she could definitely help with repairing my credit. Dominique was paid $500.00 $250.00 through Zelle ( she requested this payment method) and $249.00 through my Navy Federal Credit Union. Our contract clearly stated that it would start on 09/2019 - February 2020. We are in February now and there has been no change done to my credit. I told Dominique that she needed to pay us the money back or complete the services she promised. She then proceeded to ask me to call her at 1pm on 2.17.2020, I called no answer. She also has had our phone numbers blacked and told me it was a mistake her assistant had made. Dominique also claimed that she set up client portals for me and my boyfriend, I've only been able to log in once, months ago when we first started working with Dominique. On 02/.17.2020 I tried to log in and look at my account but the page no longer exists, none of her 5 different phone numbers work and you cannot email. She apollogized thru in January because I was texting hr every week to folow up and she tolsd me then they will give us credit when we are ready to buy.
