The guys who picked up my goods also delivered it in phoenix the next day
They did a great job with my stuff, almost too careful

Used presto for a move from LA to NYC, they were up front about the extra shuttle truck charge for going to NYC unlike othersHenry was very nice from the beginning, told me he had lived in new york too so I took a chanceThe goods arrived in new york after about 2-weeks but they updated me which I likedThe shuttle was needed as anticipated but thankfully there was no damages to the furniture, except a few dishes, with the extra handling of my stuffWill and have already recommended presto to friends and family

I read a lot of the reviews online before choosing Presto and I brought them up to the rep who was helping me RyanHe took the time to even read through some of the reviews with me to address some of my concernsHe also brought me to many other websites where there are no filters on reviews and ratings websites such as the Revdex.com and DOT
Overall I must say that my experience was pleasantSome of the things I was worried about like a shuttle truck that could be a large fee with any company didn't end up coming up on my move thankfullyThe men who came out to my home were quick and worked well togetherThe guys in my new home in North Carolina were just as good
There were a few dings on my dresser but that was really the only negative thing I can sayOtherwise, Ryan, the crews, and Presto as a whole were excellent

This moving company is by far the best, most honest movers I have dealt withI moved a bunch of times locally in Los Angeles and every time it was the same nickel and diming that were all used to with these type servicesThe guys would drag their feet to take longer, they would come up with fees out of nowhere before they unloadThe long distance move I expected the same thing to happen but it was totally differentI got a call from their office telling me that they wanted to send an estimator to my house to give me an accurate quote, that alone got me very interestedThen when Henry came out, he had me convincedHe gave me a quote that was accurateHe let me know that the location I was moving to in Manhattan didn't allow for the bigger wheeler trucks so they had to use a smaller truck and there was a fee for thatHe stayed in touch with me before the move to make sure I was ready and then after the move any time I called or emailed him he got back to me immediatelyThe movers were great, very personable, the head guy worked very well with his crew and they got the job done very quicklyI was honestly worried about Presto Yelp page when I first checked them out but Henry showed me in person at the bottom there were over reviews that were taken off the page for some reasonAt that point, I promised Henry that I would write a review (whether I had a good experience or not) and he held me to it! Great job all around and I really appreciate the care that Presto took with my personal belongings

For all the negative things that people say about moving companies I have to say I am very impressed with Prestos business ethic! From the first call they made to me, the offered me to come out to my home to give me a binding priceHenry came out, provided me with excellent information about his service and others in the industryThe movers were all very nice, handled my belongings with care and were very efficientHenry mentioned the possibility of a shuttle service that might be needed in DC where I was moving, the driver made an extra effort to get as close as possible and charge for the long haul less than half of what the shuttle would have beenI really appreciate the Presto Teams efforts!!

The process was really great throughout! I set up my move in the matter of minutes over the phone with RyanThe guys in California was great to work with, very quick but proved to be very safeI was worried based on some other reviews I saw that it would take a while to get to my home in Nashville, but they stayed in touch with me and got there days after my pickup which is what I roughly anticipated
I understand that things can go wrong in this long moving process but I would give my stamp of approval on Presto any day of the week

Very good service. Really liked the way I was kept in contact with from the beginning to the end. movers did a great job with the furniture and all of my boxes came intact. A few were bumped and bruised but the contents inside were intact and thats what matters. I truly recommend Presto for a long distance move.

I used Presto for move from Cali to N. Carolina in July 2014 and they did a fabulous job! I decided to come back to Cali in December 2015 and I don't know how I can say this compared to my last move, but the crew was absolutely amazing! From the pick up men, Ryan & Clifton to the delivery crew. I could not have asked for anything better! Not one problem and everything had been packed so well that it was in perfect condition. These movers are so devoted and conscientious! They are very hard working, have families to provide for and deserve a lot of kindness for all they do!!! Don't forget to give them a little food, beverages & a good tip!!!

Presto just unloaded my goods here in Everett, WA with everything intact and where I wanted it. I said I'd wait to write a review till it was over and I am happy I did wait. I thought there would be some bumps in the road and I can honestly say that this was as smooth a move as I couldve imagined. [redacted] scheduled my move for me a few months ago, the crew on pickup was very nice (names not coming to mind) and the crew on delivery, [redacted] and [redacted] were very pleasant and helpful. Anyone in need of a quality moving company I would recommend Presto movers.

My move with Presto was amazing from start to finish! Like others who have recently posted, I was also hesitant due to the number of bad reviews here but I felt like everyone that I spoke with and dealt with truly cared about the company they worked for. I dealt with Ross and Henry in scheduling my move and they were professional, persistent (yet not annoying) and really showed that wanted to earn my business. The movers in California were amazing and the driver here in Cleveland was very professional with his workers that he got out here and made sure everything was where I wanted it before he left. I waited till the end of the move to write this review because I wanted to make sure it went well throughout and I couldn't be more pleased honestly.

If you call them and they place you on hold the recording will state that they are a member of the Revdex.com, yet they are not. The recording also states that integrity is of the utmost importance to them, yet they got a phone number in Myrtle Beach that gets forwarded to California, and to top it all off they are stealing my exclusive SC Service Mark - Myrtle Beach Movers. This is my business name for the last 15 years. They put my business name on a fake residential address on Google Maps and have added a Google Plus page to go with it. I have spoken a couple times asking them to stop using my business name. I want this to stop.

We used them for our first cross-country move last year and gave them the benefit of the doubt since we were moving from the West coast to the south east of the country... It took 10 days for our move to be complete with them. 10 days is long enough to go without your furniture but again we gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was a long haul move. And because they quoted us the wrong price for delivery I overpaid them $80 because I didn't have change... Ethical company right?

My husband decided to use them a second time for our move from Texas to Colorado (less than 800 miles, should be a short move). I wanted to use PODS because they're more reliable but Henry talked my husband into giving them another shot & offered him all sorts of discounts. We have been waiting almost 2 weeks for our belongings... We are now being told it will be TWENTY ONE days before we get our delivery. 21 days to drive 700 miles and they want to get paid a ridiculous amount of money... Never again.

If you are considering using a moving company, look elsewhere because there's nothing "presto" about Presto Logistics. We will NEVER use them again.

We recently moved from Los Angeles to Phoenix and contracted with Presto logistics for the move. Every aspect of the transaction was handled in a courteous and professional manner by them. The sales department was informative, the estimate was accurate and all my questions were answered. The Estimate was very reasonable, the movers arrived on time and were very friendly, professional and careful. All my belongings arrived in perfect condition to my new home and everything was placed where I requested. I will certainly be calling them if I ever move again and I will definitely recommend them to anyone moving.

Everyone through and through was great! I have to give them their due props! Jeff was amazing in the handling of his team. Eddie called me one of the first people to contact me and scheduled Henry to come to my house even though I was not close to their office. He came on time and gave me the estimate in person (others waited a couple days before getting back to me with a quote). The quote was not only accurate but I even cut some of the costs by packing some of the things that he had included so my price went down.

It's not easy to take a chance on any mover because of how scary the whole moving process is, but I am very glad with the chance I took. I don't know anyone moving any time soon but they would be my only recommendation if someone asks.

I recently moved from Dallas TX, to Nevada. The initial bid was the most competitive and working with Tony at Presto was very pleasant. Things went fairly smoothly. The movers arrived within the timeframe presented which was great. The movers were also very pleasant and knew their job very well. Unfortunately since we didn't do a site visit ahead of time there were additional costs added but they were understandable and not outrageous, they even gave me an additional discount since I was using more space. I was told my furniture would arrive in Nevada between 3-21 days. It arrived in 7 days flat, which was great. The movers that were in Nevada were very hard working and pleasant. They ran into an issue that caused them to work a couple hours more than they should have but they handled it with professionalism and in great stride. Overall I was very happy with my decision to go with Presto.

Jeff and Billy just unloaded my personal belongings here in Texas and I am extremely pleased with the way they handled everything. The crew in California was just as easy to work with, I don't remember the gentlemans name who did the contract with me in CA but he was very detailed and kept me updated thru the entire move. Thanks so much Presto for a job well done! Would absolutely recommend!!

Being born and raised in San Diego made it very hard to leave... The move process is grueling and the last thing I wanted was to have to deal with unnecessary stress with a move company. I called around quite a bit, being on a tight budget I wanted to find the best deal. I spoke with Henry at Presto at least 5 times before scheduling, he assured me that even though his estimate wasn't the cheapest it was the most realistic. Going to Houston and they have hubs in Dallas and ATL it made me comfortable knowing. I'll never know if Henry was right that I couldn't have got a better price for a similar service but I know that they came through big time! They're not based on San Diego but they came in on time 8 AM the day I needed them and got me my stuff in Houston a little over a week later, it took me 3 days to get there so it wasn't too bad. I appreciate the efforts and a job well done!

I would highly recommend Presto Logistics. We had a long distance move from Rancho Cucamonga, CA to Woodstock GA and it was the easiest and most reasonably priced move we could have ever made. Henry V[redacted] came to our home in CA and took a personal inventory of all our items and spent the time to talk about the move and explain all the details to my 92 yr old mother-in-law and made her feel very comfortable, despite her fears. The movers arrived exactly on time to packed up everything and delivered all her items in less than 2 weeks. They unloaded the truck very quickly and carefully and didn't stop for a second, and without one single complaint! I would definitely recommend them for any moving trip to anyone who needs perfection!! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing! The crew that came out to my house today was helpful, caring, and careful. They were even a bit early to show up this morning which I'm not so against :)
