I would like to apologize for any inconvenience that was caused from our service for bedbugs..Bedbugs are one of the most difficult pests to control considering their cryptic nature, and resistance . Heat is the best option to control all stages bedbugs a chemical treatment should also be completed...

Per our protocols once critical temperature of 130 degrees hold time is 1-1!/2 hours.We will meet with our team and discuss the situation to assure all protocols are followed.We are deeply sorry you were unsatisfied with our service.
