they claim they cannot find my account and I agree because I never set up an account with them. I do, however, have a bank statement showing that they deducted money from my bank account. The have not refunded the charge they made, nor have they requested a copy of my statement, and it is becoming obvious that this is a stalling tactic and that perhaps they have no intention of refunding my money. They have not contacted me at the phone number I gave them in response to the request made by their security manager on or about August **, 2015, in order to speak directly with me about my complaint. On August **, 2015, I sent a another message, acknowledged by an automatic e-mail reply system. that it had been ten days since I provided the contact phone number and that I had not heard from anyone with their company. Their presto customer service is the poorest service I have ever received from all of the companies I went to.

I have spoken with the representative for one month about changing a rating that I wrote about an expert, and I even confirmed their suggested comment for posting.

I even stated that their email did not say that they need a response in a reasonable time; therefore, their decision to not change the comment was unethical and unfair.

The comment they have online about my expert is NOT even my proper comment as a lot of information has been taken out. I even agreed to post the comment they sent. This itself is a violation of ethical standards.

Their service is unethical and unprofessional. Very unfair as well and inconsiderate to the time of others. Presto customer service has accomplished nothing in the month I have spoken with them.

The experience I had with Presto Expert was even worse than I had with my expert reviewer.

I am not using their service again nor will I inform anyone to use their service.

Review: I hired expert Asim K[redacted] for a document that was due on June [redacted]. I received the document on the due date but it was password protected. I contacted the expert several times after receiving the document but no answer; this took place from Friday evening to early Tuesday morning. At the time I was able to get an extension on the paper for that Monday. On Saturday and Sunday I contacted customer service to help get with getting the password I was told “that someone would contact me in 24 to 48 hours". Then I contacted customer service on Monday morning and throughout the day to inform that this was an urgent matter. On Monday afternoon about 2 pm I spoke with a supervisor name Jessica said she would elastic the issue because was very urgent to meet my deadline for the extension. Still no one has contacted me. On earlier Tuesday morning after trying to hire a new expert for the paper to be rewritten the expert Asim K[redacted] finally contacted me back and informed me that he could not remember the password to the paper and also had delete the paper. And I informed the expert Asim K[redacted] that I will be requesting a refund from the company. I have contacted the company customer service representative every day of the week June [redacted]. As of June [redacted] I still haven’t received a call and I have paid for a paper I cannot use because the expert cannot remember the password and also has deleted the paper from their computer. I have requested for a refund of $40.00 because that is what I paid. And still no one has called me back as of June [redacted]. I ended up hiring another expert who I paid $50.00 to get the document done and even though I missed my deadline.Desired Settlement: I would like my $40.00 payment that was invoice for Asim K[redacted] refunded to my credit card now.

I sent another complaint form earlier, but I don't I specified enough information. My user account on [redacted]. I was trying to get help and the "expert" that I contact it was willing to help. Basically he gave me solutions he found online. He did absolutely NOTHING!!! He charged me $70 and felt used. He did not give me any good answers , didn't have it ready on time , or gave me an explanation. I am so disappointed with their service. His user name is [redacted] , he calls himself an "expert" and a "professional".. Please help me get my refund. He copied and pasted the answers from online. Please contact me if you need any further question. Sorry I sent two forms. I just wanted to make this one more detailed.

Review: I haired an expert via PrestoExpert and after wasting a month of my time the expert deliver an acceptable wark at all I tired to contact PrestoExperts many times called them and they just answer me with we file your compliment and should talk to you in 5 days. the expert stole 300$ from me for nothing his delivery didn't met any of my requirements.Desired Settlement: I want to get my money back 300$

Review: I have called them FOUR times (###-###-####) to request a refund of an unauthorized $30 debit that appeared in my checking account. All I get is an answering service that takes the same information over and over and promises to forward the information to the appropriate individuals. I cannot get around the answering service people.

The first time I called, the call was "transferred" to the appropriate department and it went nowhere and was eventually disconnected. I called back and the same thing again. On the third and fourth calls, I finally was able to talk to an "answering service."

ALL other companies have been very accommodating when asked for a refund. I speak to a real customer service person and I usually have my refund in 24 hours. If they were a reputable company, a "live" person would have contacted me and they also would have refunded my money immediately. But they did not and have not. No response from anyone connected with this company. I get the same answer, "[redacted]."

It's been a week since I LEFT MY FIRST MESSAGE with the "answering service" and still no one has contacted me.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the unauthorized debit of $30 made to my checking account.

Review: Over the past three days I have hired four different "experts" through the Presto Experts system to complete two accounting related exercises. The experience has been horrible on many levels with the main issue being that fees are charged to me in advance before the work is either completed or not and the work doesn't even need to be correct. I hired the first person to complete a Statement of Cash Flows and a Statement of Comprehensive Income - both reports were completely incorrect. The second "expert" I hired to do the same thing got closer in his answers but both reports were still completely wrong. I ended up having to submit the assignment with the incorrect answers and the total I paid both "experts" was $80. The next day I hired another "expert" to complete a consolidated entry assignment for $30. The "expert" could not understand what needed to be done and eventually adjusted his invoice to $0 but the $30 is already in process of being taken out of my account and I have no idea how I will be refunded. I hired another person at $40 to do the assignment and was assured it would be completed and back to me within a 12-14 hour window. I am now 5 hours outside of that window and I do NOT have the work and the "expert" refuses to respond to any of my emails. I have now paid $150 for absolutely nothing but incorrect work and frustration. On top of everything else Presto Experts does not have a phone number to call for customer service - they only have a fax line so everything must be done via email. What an incredibly frustrating experience and I will terminate my account with Presto Experts as soon as I receive my refunds (which are at the determination of Presto Experts, by the way).Desired Settlement: I simply want to be refunded for the $150 I paid to "experts" who provided me with incorrect or no information.

Review: I contracted with an "expert" from this company for work to be submitted within 72 hours. The contract was made on 2/*/16 and was to be completed on 2/**/16. The expert missed the deadline and also required that I speak to him at 50 cents a minute to find out whether the work was going to be done. That cost another $72.00 just to repeat questions that were on the initial assignment that was submitted. Then the expert wanted 100.00 more dollars. Frankly, if he had done the assignment, I would have allowed myself to be blackmailed, but the work STILL was not done on Sunday the 14th--two days later. The work was not accepted as it was late, and the expert never completed the work. You can see this by the work he submitted to me. I contacted PrestoExperts via phone (they have a fax number only) and then, using their expert number, corresponded with them. I have copies of the emails. The removed all evidence of the transaction, including the link I was to use to dispute the transaction, thereby eliminating my ability to dispute the transaction.

I have email evidence of my dispute. Instead of responding to my dispute which I filed on the [redacted], they removed all work associated with this person and billed it as "offline work". They did not leave the 72.00 in online work that I paid--so in total, I paid $340.00 for a job that was quoted as $150---which I should not have paid anything for, because it was not done on time or correctly.

I have used other experts at this site before, and paid over 1000.00, and never complained because other experts have done the work on time and correctly. I am, therefore, a good source for a valid complaint, as I have worked with this company several times before, but not with this expert. This is the first time I have used this expert, and the first time I have been ripped off by an expert, who is in fact, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, leading me to believe that he is not the same person, and not the same person I hired. In fact, I believe he is a fake person, whose identity was not verified by the site, nor were his credentials. No one could work 24 hours. I will pay 100.00 for his time and nothing more--which is way more than he should be getting, since he was LATE (96 hours late) and incorrect, causing me to not have the work accepted.Desired Settlement: Referral to NY Attorney General for expert's making--I d up his identify/qualifications, and being available 24 hours. They advertise specific people as experts. Who did I get? I desire proof of credentials as simple work not done

Adjust my bill to 100.00

Require Presto to notify customers that they do not verify experts identity OR qualifications and also install a working number for consumers, not just experts.

I gave very specific instructions on how the paper was to be written. I picked someone that I assumed (by name) was Middle-Eastern/Arabic etc. She finished the job within 48 hours or less give or take. I was very impressed. Anyhow, upon receiving the document I was devastated! After reading the first couple lines out aloud, I sounded like I was drunk, high and incoherent all at once. I complained to Presto Experts within 30 minutes of receiving the document. I immediately did a complaint ticket, but their send button conveniently wasn't working for over 2 weeks. I sent emails, I sent faxes, I tried calling, I sent IM's on [redacted]. Their availability to customers with issues suck. I paid $80 for a document that I was unable to use. I even tried to get them to have someone else rewrite it, still no one got back to me. Finally they sent me an email with the instructions being that I renegotiate the price with the writer. But when the screen opened up my only option was to pay the person again, and for fear of yet another payment going through, I didn't do it. I tried reaching them again and of course couldn't get anyone. I have pictures, emails and instant messenger logs as proof of correspondence. I am also willing to provide the document which was probably written in her language and put into a program like [redacted], vey shoddy writing for a company that offers writing services.Desired Settlement: Considering that at first I didn't want a refund, all I wanted was a new more qualified writer to do it over and they didn't oblige. At this point I want a full refund. Every penny!

Review: The expert on Presto-Experts have given me a fake invoice and taken my money ($40).Desired Settlement: The expert on Presto-export completed my assignment by copying answers from other websites. I believe this website needs to be stopped.
