I am not going to waste money shipping the rusted items just to hear that you are not going to do anything about it.I will provide you the date of purchase and the items numbers.The purchase date was 3/28/and within 3-months all of these items are showing a lot of rust even with chrome polish applied.Valve Covers - Part # ***Air Cleaner - Part # ***Trans Dipstick - Part # ***Oil Dipstick - Part # ***I can scan the receipt if needed.If you have BETTER quality items I will accept replacements in lieu of a refund ***

I apologize, but we must have the alleged defective parts back for evaluation This is for two reasons, one is to verify that it is actually a factory defect as our warranty states, and two, it is to prevent fraud, whereas folks could get our replacements and re-sell their original partsWe confirm the alleged defect and scrap the part once we get it You pay the cost to get it to us, and we pay the UPS ground return shipping. We received a letter from the Revdex.com-Cleveland regarding your dissatisfaction with one of our products.  Sorry to hear about that. Can you identify, the specific part number, you are having an issue with? Our warranty period for [redacted] products regarding factory defects are 90 days...

from original date of purchase.  If you feel this is a factory defects, get with your retailer (from where you purchased it from) for details on how to exchange or get a refund.  If you are unhappy with your retailers’ response, you can send that alleged defective part to our factory for evaluation and exchange (assuming we still manufacture that part and it has not been discontinued).   We cannot offer refunds, since you did not purchase it from us. Keep in mind, exchanges are subject to manufacturers’ defect.  If you decide to send it to our factory, you must include a copy of the receipt, for any warranty consideration.  You are obligated to pay any shipping charges to us, we will cover the UPS ground charges back to you.  Sincerely, [redacted] Tech Service Dept.
