In Janauary 2014 we were contacted regarding this same case by [redacted], a [redacted] Coordinator. Please see the attached documents. We refunded Ms. [redacted] the entire $300 that she paid to us and even towed her vehicle, at no charge to...
her, to [redacted]'s [redacted] and [redacted] in [redacted], [redacted]. We never heard back and assumed this case was closed.We offered to fix and replace her engine and to accept a payment plan from her with no interest. She declined our offer and had us remove her vehicle which we did at no charge to her. WE have had no contact from her in over 18 months regarding this vehicle and this case. Attached is RO [redacted] in the amount of $914.55 - Ms. [redacted] paid $300 towards these repairs, which we refunded to her on check #[redacted] dated January 23,2014. WE absorbed the entire repair bill in the amount of $914.55. WE also paid the tow bill to have her car towed to [redacted], [redacted]. We do not feel we owe any more money to Ms. [redacted].

After the oil change, my car was not running properly. I dropped off my car to get the diagnostic done and told them to call me with the findings. They had reported my engine was sabotaged and fried. I was not offered a payment plan. The gentleman was trying to sell me a different car off the lot. Preston offered to put in an engine for $5000 which they only offered after the Attorney General got involved; however, without any money I could not pay that much for an engine. Preston then towed my car to [redacted]'s. I found out later the reason my car was not running properly was due to the car not having oil in it after the oil change was done.

This complaint by Ms. [redacted] has been ongoing. It was reviewed by [redacted] and dismissed after Ms. [redacted] indicated that she was satisfied with the repairs as of 2-10-2014 and [redacted] dismissed the claim. Thereafter she filed with the Revdex.com. IF she was satisfied why is she reopening the claim a year later? WE offered to repair her vehicle and to accept a payment plan that would be acceptable to Ms. [redacted]. She declined any assistance that we offered her and requested that her vehicle be removed from our dealership. WE did remove the vehicle per her request and we paid to have it towed. At this point, we do not feel we owe anything to Ms. [redacted]. It has been a year and a half since we saw her vehicle - we do not know where the vehicle has been or who has worked on this vehicle since it left here. WE offered to help her when the vehicle was at our dealership - she choose to remove the vehicle and not take our help.
