This company continues to SPAM me with advertising in spite of four requests to be removed from their listThis company states that replying to their email with an unsubsribe in the subject line will let me be unsubscribed, but they are non responsive to repeated requests for removal. there is no automated option for removal Desired SettlementI want to be removed form the listBusiness Response We had an issue with out website that was sending these requests to a spam file. The issue was resolved in February and we are now receiving all of the requests for subscription. Our patients provided their email address to us to receive appointment confirmations, specials, news updates, and promotion information. We do not sell or share their information with anyone and once they request to be removed it is done within minutes of the request being received. Consumer Response A website issue is not an excuse for spamming me. Most of the world provides this functionality automatically and there are tools you use that will provide this service for you if you cannot handle it yourself. Regardless of whether I voluntarily gave you my email address, I requested to be removed 4 separate times. You are responsible for handling incoming emails, a website does not send email to SPAM, this is your error and the question is whether my name has been removed from your list which is not specifically responded to. If a request from the Revdex.com does not lead to action, I'm not sure what will.Final Business Response [redacted] has been removed from our client list. As I stated in my first response to you that we had a problem with our IT; and it was not forwarding these emails to the proper person, therefore they were going unanswered. We obtain the emails directly from out clients and patients so we did not send her anything she did not sign up for.
