Review: Purchased a vehicle and traded in my vehicle. Took them two months to pay off my traded in vehicle which they were supposed to pay off within the same week. Result was my credit being damaged due to 60 day delunquency. Now I have a damaged credit score and am being prevented from getting a small businesss loan and also moving on to purchase home ect because of the damage they caused.Desired Settlement: For one, my credit report fixed and then some kind of monetary gesture at least toward the vehicle for the stress and damage they have caused. I go in with a great credit score and purchase a brand new car from them and their thanks and return favor was destroying my credit???

Review: False advertise with the mileage on the vehicle, no service or reinspection of vechile while purchasing it. Salesmen was using vechicle as demo and was over using the vechicle and therefore the vehicle was not reinspected before leaving the lot. No oil change was performed after the salesman drove the car over 3,000 miles over the advertised mileage. I had to take my newly purschased vehicle to the dealership 2 buisness days after the purchase to have an alignment and for other issues with the car driving all over the road and being unsafe. After reaching out to the dealership on multiple occassions and having to be inconvienced with taking the car back repeatedly to the dealership and contacting the dealership to honor warranty issues and malifunctions and safety issues with the car, I then took it upon myself to have the car reinspected and examined to get another opinion since I felt I was being lied to and not being honored as a paying customer. I was told by another auto repair buisness that Preston of Sharon deals with and conducts buisness with that the car needed new tires and the tires on the car were badly cupped and worn. I then confronted the service manager [redacted] and told him I needed new tires on the car. Mr. [redacted] had admitted to the salesmen he was aware of the bad tires and thought he could get away with selling the car with the bad tires on the car because I was a female and didn't know any better. The salesman volunteeringly told me this because he had expressed a personal interest in me. I was lied to and told I was given an extended warranty until I signed forms and then afterwards told they made a mistake and that they did not get me the warranty after all and then laughed in my face. . they misrepresented the forms I was sining and I felt very preassuerd and munipulated while buying the car after I had told them I just wanted to look at cars that week, but not buy until I had looked around at more of their vehicles and at other lots. The salesman sent me inappropriate photos of himself on my cell phone and the dealership also committed bank fraud in my name. They falsified documentation and authorization to get me approved that I had found out about after I had purchased the car. they lied significantly about my income and said I made over 1,200 more than I make monthly on disability. All in all I kindy in the begining tried to communicate effiectively wtih the salesman, the general manager and the service manager and then to the owners daughter after I was denied and refussed the right to speak to the owner. I took a friend with me while still under warranty to report transmission issues and defects in the vehicle and he witnessed the owners daughter and general manager verbally attack me along with the other employees telling me to get the [redacted] out and leave their property. As the owners daughter repeatedly threatened me and continuely raised her hand in my face. I had the call the local authorities on the dealerships buisness phone [redacted] well as my cell phone. I have met with my stat rep in Pa ([redacted]) and reported this on going issua and was advissed he has had tons of complaints with this dealeship on preasuring individuals to purchase their vechles and not honor warrantys. I have been denied the right to have my warranty honered from day one and also denied my rights to the maintenance asnd services of my vechile that was orginally in my contract and in the purchase agrreement verbally and in documentation.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology and also the maintenance and repairs to be honored on my vehicle and if unrepairable then another vechicle of the same make and model, and lower mileage like I had orinally requested with a new warranty at no charge since I was lied to about the warranty from the beging of the purchase. I have been inconvienced, along with having to take a qaurter off school because of this inconveince and fear of driving this car while it is having mechanical and maitennance issues, I also wanted a written or personal verbal apolgoy from them for their salesmen misrepresenting himself and taking advantage of me and sexually harrasing me, along with them falsifying my income and commiting identity and bank fraud! Anything the Revdex.com can do to reach out and resolve this conflict will be much appreciated, but I'm sure on Prestons part there will be no resolution!
