Was a pleasure during business with Matt Smith. He was very helpful and answered all our questions.Very pleased with our buying experience.

Review: I visited Preston Hyundai after finding a 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo listed on Cars.com for $[redacted]. I called the dealership to ensure the vehicle was still available. I spoke with [redacted], who informed me the vehicle was still present and available. I arrived about 30 minutes later for a test drive. I test drove the vehicle with[redacted], during which we spoke about the vehicle and the price. Upon returning to the dealership I asked that my trade be valued. They valued my trade (fair value after haggling from $1000 undervalued). They were unwilling to budge on the price of the Veloster ([redacted] posted on the window). I left the dealership after speaking with [redacted] and the sales manager [redacted]), who assured me I was getting the best deal and that there is no way to get the price any further down. I visited the dealership's website just after leaving to get the VIN for my financing. On the dealership's website (mobile and full site) they had the EXACT CAR I was just negotiating over listed for $[redacted]. I noted the discrepancy, screenshotted the listing, and called the dealership to speak with [redacted]. [redacted] took my information, said he would look into it, and said he would call me in a few minutes. I called back an hour later (still hadn't received a response) and was told that there was an error with what was posted on the website and there is no way they are prepared to go that low on that vehicle. Needless to say I decided that this practice is not one with which I am going to choose to do business. This is your classic case of false advertising.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the vehicle for the LISTED and ADVERTISED price including the agreed-upon value of my trade. Own up to mistakes and give the customer what is advertised.

I received a phone call from the General Manager the following day informing me that the would absolutely honor the price listed on their website. I returned to the dealership that day and purchased the car I was looking at originally. My salesman was pleasant on this visit, as with the previous visit. The situation has been corrected and I would like to close the complaint amicably.
