sons who live in [redacted], **. are using my state licence number XXXXXX without my permission. I have asked them repeatedly not to use my lic. number. Please advise how I can stop this. I am deeply troubled Mr. Troung has had sub standard work done with my name used. I will ask my sons to correct any problems with [redacted]. Again please advise, Respectfully, [redacted]

On Sept. 28, 2015, [redacted] the sole owner of [redacted] Landscape contacted me. I explained my complaint in detail with him via phone. He was extremely apologetic and was lost of words. He was deeply troubled by the his 2 sons ([redacted] and [redacted]) actions. They had used and continued to use [redacted]'s contractor license to conduct business in the central valley area without his permission. He told me to give him 2 days so he could make contact with his 2 sons regarding this troubling matter.
On Oct. 01, 2015, I contacted [redacted]. He stated that he attempted to make contact with [redacted] and [redacted] but fail. He assured me that my complaint will be addressed and customer satisfaction will prevail. He also stated that [redacted] and [redacted] will not take responsibility to resolve this matter and he has to go and correct problem himself to save his good name and business.
On Oct. 03, 2015, [redacted] took time out of his busy schedule to come and meet me at my residence. Upon meeting with [redacted], he is very sincere and again very apologetic. [redacted] inspected the contract and the work that [redacted] and [redacted] did on my front yard. [redacted] did agreed that the contract was not fulfilled and contain things were done incorrectly. Due to his busy schedule with his own business, [redacted] did offer to correct the problems. Instead, he offered me a $1,200.00 reimbursement . We both agreed on the refund and I was satisfied with [redacted]'s offer. On Oct. 07, 2015, I received a cashier check #XXXXXXXXX in the amount of 1,200.00. via U.S mail.
In closing, I would like to ask the board to close this matter. However, I'm trouble by the fact that [redacted] and [redacted] fraudulently used [redacted]'s contractor license to conduct sub standard work. Im respectfully requesting that [redacted] should not be penalized by his sons' actions. Also, to avoid this from happening to other consumers, [redacted] and [redacted]'s landscape business located in [redacted] Ct. [redacted], ** XXXXX should be investigated for misconduct and misrepresentation.
