The response from the Preston's stated that they would contact [redacted] and set up a meeting.  There still has been no contact - This has been a continuing problem with the Prestons-Alan nor crew ever advised us of a new timeline of what to expect or a new date of completion while waiting (with a moat dug out around the house). The last time that I spoke with him, he told me that he was at his mothers funeral.  I felt great empathy for him and thought that he would contact us after he had a grieving period.  We haven't had any communication since then until we filed this complaint.  When they were working on this project they tore out several flower beds and concrete steps (for an additional charge) and the flagstone that made the flower beds should not have been disposed of but left so that flower beds could have been rebuilt as stated in the paperwork that was submitted.  We now request a refund  so that we can finish the remaining processes, to purchase new flagstone that they disposed of, and  for projects  that were paid for in advance but not completed, along with repairs /processes that were done after the fact of Alan and crew not completing this project (fixing the back yard  fence that was torn down from the dig out). When it comes right down to communicating with us when needed, it never
happened.  I get the feeling it never will.  All we really wanted from this
company was to complete the project that was fully funded.

The back fill had been started, the gravel was in, the footer and the foundation under layment was installed on the walls and roughly four feet of gravel placed. The...

drainage had been started but due to the complexity of the job, it was imperitive that we wait for better conditions. The dirt had to be dry to finish the grade and drainage pipes . Dry conditions were needed Not Rain. A family member took it upon himself to back fill. The wet mess was pushed into the ditch with a Bobcat adding weight and water pressure on the walls we were trying to finish.  At this point this Cancelled all Warranties with Prestons.

I have been in contact with Jeff Simpson at the [redacted]. We have set a date to start the Repairs on the items mentioned . The paint on the metal on the Pergalo , The sun shade and the door locks.                            ...
