Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I filed a complaint with your office and received an answer back from the companyI was given two options "accept" or "don't accept" when I called your office to ask a question which was that I wanted to click "accept" but with conditions when I would be paid and etc I was told that the next page was for thatBut after clicking it all I got was a thank you for using Revdex.com or something of those termsWhen I called to find out why I did not get to add to my acceptance they said to just give it a little time to see if the guy will pay which he has notSo I'm asking you guys to please re open the case and investigate further The case number is ID # [redacted] Please let me know what my next options/steps am? We at Pretty Clean pride ourselves with giving our customers excellent customer service In certain instances there are problems that are not foreseen after the initial assessment of the property Once it was all said and done and we came to the conclusion that this job could not be done we were in agreement to return the consumers deposit The consumer came to our office yelling obscenities at my staff and made some very personal comments towards them also We have no problem returning the deposit but there is a policy and rules that we have in place Once this goes through the proper channels the refund is issued to our customers as we've done previously This consumer was very irate and nasty to me as well on the phone and he was never thrown out of the office he actually called my staff a name and then stormed out on his own We will resolve this issue by refunding the consumer his deposit

The consumer prior to this has already contacted his local police department regarding the refund and we made a verbal agreement with the officer and the consumer was present to have his refund to him by or on Friday Oct 17th which was stated as the end of the week We will have the customer's refund returned to him today by the end of our work day which is 8pm I do not understand why the consumer wanted to reopen this case without giving us the chance to refund him based on the verbal agreement that was made

I would like to know how and when I'm being paid and what your "policy's" to return my CAsh? 
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] Now that it's been two weeks since I gave you cash I expect the money to be returned ASAP before I take you to small claims court and alert the IRS regarding the cash you demanded on such a small job.
