Complaint[redacted] and I both signed his contract, after I gave [redacted] some start up money. He completed 10% of the job and hasn't been back to finish. After signing [redacted]'s contract, I gave him some cash to get started on the job per his request. He came 2 days later and started "working". After completing 10% of the total job he asked for more cash to buy materials. I offered to go with him and buy the materials for him, but I was not giving out any more cash until the job was completed. We argued and could not come to an agreement. He simply stated he was not doing any more work without more cash in his hand. He did not finish what he said he was going to do. Instead of going over the contract and finishing what we both agreed upon per the contract he yelled "sue me" as he was walking out. I have not heard from or seen him since he last left. I feel like this is a horrible way to run a business.Desired SettlementI'm not seeking any type of settlement, however, it would be great if [redacted] would stand behind his own contract, and finish the job he started.
