Review: I placed an order from [redacted] on 06/**/2014. I was due to receive my order on Tuesday, July **. When I contact the shipping carrier, I was told the wrong shipping address was placed on my package. I have not been able to contact anyone from the 800 number provided, or the email address listed on the website. I sent several messages, and have spent more than 30 minutes a day on the phone since Tuesday. This is very unacceptable as my order was paid, and all information entered for the order by myself is correct. I do not understand what kind of business is being ran. Noone answers their phone, and workers place wrong shipping address on packages. I do not want any of the clothes anymore. As the package is to be returned to Pretty Girl since it was undeliverable.Desired Settlement: The company has a responsibility of refunding my money.As my order was never fulfilled, and the wrong address was placed on the package from the company.

I received my package last week, however have not been credited for the items which were out of stock. I was contacted by them electronically expressing I no longer wanted the items but agreed to keep the items as since I was not refunded for them. However I did mention I wanted a refund for the items which were out of stock.

Review: On May **, 2013, I ordered several items from (shopprettygirl.com) website and I paid for the entire order; however, I did not receive all of the items ordered. I was not notified of this by phone or email; so I was unaware until I received half the order with comments attached stating items were out of stock. The company said they had ordered the out of stock items through the vendor and they should arrive soon. After several weeks of waiting, I sent multiple email and contacted the company via their customer service number [redacted]. I never received a response and when I would call the number, I would be on hold waiting for a representative, but noone would answer after 15-30 minutes of waiting. It is almost 3 months after the order and I still do not have the items ordered, the quality of the items I did receive looked extremely cheap and I will not order from this company again.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded and I do not want this to happen to other customers as I see they are still in business!

Review: I purchased two items from this company on December **, 2013. I only received 1 item but not the other. A message was sent to me stating that one of my items was not in stock. When I ordered the item online, it said the item was available. Items that were not available specifically said it was not available. A message was send to me with my invoice stating that the item was not in stock and my order was only partially shipped. I have been repeatedly calling this company to resolve the issue and get my refund, but no one has responded to any of my messages. I expect a refund because I did not see anything else on this site that I would have been interested in. The online system would not allow me to order an item that was supposedly out of stock, so the inconvenience of me paying for an item that I later found out was not available is unprofessional. It's even more unprofessional to not respond to a customer to fix the matter. At this point, this company has money from me for an item I did not receive. Also, the item I received was not true to size and there is no tag on the clothing stating the size I actually ordered, which was a XL. I don't know what size they sent me. I have lost money for an item that's misleading in size and an item I have not received. I would like my money back please.Desired Settlement: $8.99 refund for the item I did not receive plus the correct size in the item I received.

Once received after 1 1/2 weeks I received the wrong size on the 5 stud leggings and both this and the Bermuda shorts were not actually shorts. They were almost a sheer see through material. (Like underware). I wanted to send all t here items back since the other did not fit and you could not actually were those out in public. So it took me a couple of days to actually reach a live person on the phone. I explained to her that I received one that was wrong size and I wanted to return everything. I asked it I had to pay for shipping she said yes. I said you gave me the wrong size. (min you this was a $6.99 flat rate shipping) She said once we receive your items then we will refund your money but not the shipping. That would be given to me in a store credit. I did not want a store credit for the $6.99. (But actually it was ($13.00) in shipping that I paid for. I shipped out the items within the 14 day return period along with a letter explaining the issues that I want a refund. I finally received and email response (June **) (from them stating that:

We receive your return package, would you like to make an exchange or receive store credit? And another response from them: We received your package, what would you like us to do with it, store credit or refund? This is what my response was.

I sent my package back within the 14 days for the refund. I even called twice to find out what I needed to do. I had to pay shipping twice. I had also received a wrong item so also I should have not had to pay for shipping back. I tried calling 4 times the week of June 9th. I was on hold for 48 min and then just hung up/ I am still waiting on my refund. please process the full refund as soon as possible. There should have not been a delay on you getting the merchandise back. You are not located out of the country. I also wrote an explanation and placed it in the box.

I have tried calling them many times and I am on hold well over 1 hour. I had just tried today 7/**/2014.

I just want my money back since I have no merchandise.

Review: I order something from them on November *. They had my order ship to [redacted], ** on November [redacted] when it was suppose to been shipped to [redacted] and I have been calling them and I can get in touch with anyone so I want my money if I can't get what I ordered from them.Desired Settlement: An Email.

Review: I purchased several items from this company on June [redacted], 2014. When I received my package the invoice stated that three items were not shipped because they were not in stock. At the time I ordered the items online, it said they were all in stock. Products that were not in stock specifically said they were not available. I have repeatedly called and emailed this company to resolve the issue and get a refund, but no one has responded to any of my emails and all of my calls go unanswered with the exception of today. After a two hour hold time someone finally answered and then promptly disconnected the call. With that being said, I am no longer interested in any of the items. After visiting the site today I learned that I can't even print a return label for the items I did receive because my order status is still listed as partially shipped. I expect a refund because I don't feel like I should pay for merchandise I did not receive. I am amazed at how unprofessional this company is. I can't believe they have the nerve to advertise "Outstanding Customer Support".Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to issue a full refund for the three items I paid for but were not shipped.

Review: I found two pants that were exactly the same. (Same tag,brand,design,color) The only the difference was the size and price. The small size (S) was $9.99. The bigger size (XL) was $12.99. Puzzled by the two different prices, I consulted the cashier and she consulted the manager. I explained the situation to the manager. He said that the prices were correct and the bigger size (the one I wanted to purchase) is the amount I have to pay no exceptions. He mentioned that the price was increased in China and that is why I had to pay more. I told the manager that it didn't make sense but he said "It makes sense to me." I didn't quite understand why someone who is a smaller size pays a smaller amount of money. While I who wore a bigger size payed more.Desired Settlement: To pay three dollars more is not the issue for me. I would of payed the same amount only if ALL the sizes were the SAME price. I believe that it was size/ weight discrimination.

Review: The nature of this complaint is Customer Service, Delivery, Product Issue and Refund/Exchange issue; Below is the first written memo sen to the company dated Friday 10/**/2013 - "I have called numberous times trying to figure out what is going on with my order. I finally spoke to [redacted] on 10/**/2013. We had to substitute 2 pair of shoes for those of which you were out of stock. I would like to know if my new order is going to work. Has it been fufilled/shipped. If not when can I expect it by. I do not mean to sound rude but it has been 23 days since I placed my order... I was told it would be delivered in 3-5 business days. Please advise. Feel free to call me as well @ ###-###-####" - [redacted] reply with the very uninvolved answer of "Your package is being delivered today!" they did not even offer to refund me for the 3-5 day shipping when it had been almost a month. Once my package arrived I was very disappointed by what I found... here is the second written memo I sent to the company on 11/**/2013; "I am a little more than just disappointed with you guys. I came to this website to find affordable/cute shoes, which you have no doubt about it. First off, I paid for 2-3 day shipping and I received my order three weeks later. When I called to get an explanation I was told that the size I wanted was out of stock so it was decided to just not send my order (after I had already paid for it). Please note that I did not get a courtesy call to let me know my shoe size was out of stock. Once I figured this out it took me multiple time to get ahold of someone to order different shoes that I had not originally intended on purchasing. So my order was fulfilled and sent my way. Total I ordered 4 pair of sandals. I received my package today and upon opening the box I see 3 of the 4 sandals I order and 1 pair of sandals that I absolutely did not order. I ordered a size 10 in ALL of these sandals... with that being said 2 of the pair are the incorrect size. One is a size 9, which is frustrating but I can squeeze into it, the other is a size 8... which is infuriating because I cannot fit the shoe. Not to mention shoe size was the original problem!!! So all in all dealing with this company as been a total bust for me, I waited and extra two weeks to receive my things and I was not even offered to be reimbursed for the shipping that I paid for that was supposed to be 2-3 days. I also was not offered any such discount or coupon for all the frustration. I will not even attempt to send that shoes back to you in hopes for a return. I do not want to deal with this back and forth. I will be sure to let everyone I told before how "amazing" this site was, to not buy a thing here due to the lack of customer care." I was outraged this morning 11/**/2013 that they did not respond to my memo so here is my third failed written memo to the company dated 11/**/2013: "You not responding/caring about my unsatisfaction with your company just goes to show that you do not care. I would just like to add that this morning I put one of the sandals on and the color just peeled right off. I put another shoe on and the buckle broke off. This company's customer service is rediculious and the products are absurd. I will be reporting this to the Revdex.com. Thank you so much for the lack of care." This company is a scam and needs to be shut down, I have read reviews from other people stating almost the same story. They are taking advantage of the online shoppers.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund to my card or in cash (I do not want store credit), I would like to get better shoes (I refuse to pay money to this company, I feel they should compensate me.), I would like for them to practice better customer service (the phone operator as RUDE, they answered the phone as hello?! who is this? UNACCEPTABLE for a business). If my situation does not get resoved at a satisfactory level from the business I will find another way for compensation, not only for me but to put a stop to all of the unjust servicing this company has provided to other people.

Review: I purchased 6 blouses the merchandise didn't have final sale on it. when I went the nest day with my receipt the manager didn't want to return the merchandise. he claimed the merchandise was final sale and .there was no final sale sign on the rack. or on the tags.Desired Settlement: I want to exchange the merchandise.

Review: I purchased two dresses from Shop Pretty Girl on August [redacted],2013. One dress was shipped and received code/SKU [redacted]. The other dress I was informed was on back order and should be shipped to me soon on my invoice and via email code/SKU [redacted]. Well that was the last I heard about this dress. I called customer service and nobody ever picked up the phone I emailed them and no body got back to me. So I disputed the issue with paypal and they told paypal they shipped both dresses which is not true as I still have my receipt and email. So [redacted] decided in their favor. So now it's not even about the dress or the money it's about the fraud this company has caused by lying. Let's face it the dress was only $12.99 plus shipping. I am on [redacted] they are going to lie over a $12.99 dress? Something needs to be done here! Business's shouldn't be allowed to get away with this!Desired Settlement: Well I would like the public to know about this issue and I would like my money returned to me. This is like stealing from people this is fraud!!!

Review: I only received half of my order and I have been trying to contact the company by both phone and email with answer or response. they have advertised on their company home web page they are an accredited business of the Revdex.com but the Revdex.com have them scored with an F.Desired Settlement: I placed this order for a very important special occasion and am having to find a replacement in 24 hrs. their lack of communication an customer service is amazing. this in mind I would like a full refund and my entire order shipped to me complimentary.

Review: I placed an order with this company on 09/**/13 the total was $82.96. When I received my shipment shortly after I was missing 2 items and there was a letter enclosed apologizing they were out of stock and my credit card would not be charged for the 2 missing items. However, my credit card was charged. I called and spoke with someone named [redacted] about 2 weeks ago; I was told she was in charge for online orders. She stated she could refund me or I could select another item. I choose to select another item and I was told she would ship it that same day at no cost to me. After a week passed I called [redacted] (Thursday October [redacted]) to check on the status of my shipment she stated "it will be there by Monday". I knew this was untrue considering Monday was Columbus Day. That said I waited until Wednesday to call again. I was told [redacted] was unavailable and I left my name and number. Now its Thursday and I still didnt receive my merchandise or a return call. I called again today (right before this complaint) and was told she was not there. I asked when she would be in and the response was "oh I dont know if she's coming in today" I asked the representative on the phone if she could check on my shipment for me and she said no you have to talk to [redacted], I disconnected the line.Desired Settlement: I would simply just like to receive my merchandise, or get a refund.
