I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below After receiving Marc's response I reached out to him with a phone call because there seems to be a lot of miscommunicationI have also attached very similar items to what Marc had attached that show why I was mislead to think it was a set and not just a headboardAlso I have highlighted at the beginning of our conversation where I was wanting the setThis was sent to them after I filed a complaint with [redacted] the week before (the same week I received the item)In my phone conversation with Marc he did offered to give me a refund to put towards a footboardThe foot board is $and I'm assuming would not come with the railsAfter looking up the set online and seeing that I can get it cheaper I emailed Marc and asked if he would honor the cheaper price to avoid having to do a returnI also followed up with a call and message this morning but have heard nothingAt this time I would like to either return the item without having to pay for shipping and restocking fee because of being mislead or I would like to receive the full set for the same price I can purchase it somewhere else Regards, [redacted]

Tech nyugen overcharged for nail balancewhen questioned blamed tax, then polish extra costwhen disputed threw money and banished me from store
On 4/11/i went to Pretty Nails for an acrylic nail balanceI received the service with listed price of $Nail Technician nyugen billed my credit card for $which I signed and tipped on without noticingWhile my nails were drying I saw posted cost of $for my serviceWhen I asked her about the overcharge she said it was for taxWhen I computed current city tax rate and presented her with the amount, she changed her explanation of overcharge to extra cost for having nail polish put onThis is a basic service and included in all nail salon servicesWhen questioned again Nyugen directed me to the rear of the salon where the nail polish was stating there was a sign back there stating the additional signI went to the rear of the store and could not a find a signShe went back and began yelling in a foreign languageShe

Hello, Thank you for the opportunity to respondThis customer purchased a *** Furniture Ruby Headboard, Full/Queen, Textured White from us through the *** Online Market Price the order was placed on 10/14/and was received by the customer on 10/21/The customer contacted us on
a week after delivery on 10/27/stating "request to return the itemshe did not see the option to order both the headboard and foot board together" We informed her that if she wanted a footboard to match she could order the same item again and not attach the leg extensions Then she would have a matching footboard We told her where she could purchase the second panel so she could have as complete bed I would like to say, at this point in the conversation she is not claiming she should have received a footboardAfter we gave her the information about the footboard she responded that she would like to return her order We sent her the return information and explained that she would be responsible for the return shipping and a restocking fee This is standard if there is no damage or defect in the product It was at this point that the customer started claiming that she should have received a footboard and that we had misrepresented the productWe offered to waive the restock fee as a goodwill gesture, but she would not accept this and continued to complain that she had ordered a complete bed and should not be responsible for the return shippingI have attached several documents - 1) The entire email correspondence with the customer 2) The order from the *** Back End - Note is says "*** Furniture Ruby Headboard, Full/Queen, Textured White" - no mention of a footboard3) The page the customer ordered from - note the title and description say headboard, and there is no mention of a footboard Also the dimensions state that the item is 2" long This would again indicate it is a headboard only4) The customer claims that she asks the question about the footboard We have no record that she asked about the footboardShe provides as proof a screen shot of an answered question about the footboard However she does not include the other answered questions from the same page I have included these her Yes, one says a footboard is included, however another one says it is not, and a third one says it depends on the store It is quite obvious that she found these later in conversation and only used the one that would support her caseThe customer ordered a *** Furniture Ruby Headboard, Full/Queen, Textured White We delivered exactly what was orderedWe have been courteous and fair to this customer through the whole process I am sorry she is unhappy, but this is simply a case that the customer mistakenly ordered the wrong item It is therefore her responsibility to return the item if she no longer wants itRegards, MarcFurniture Domain

At this time I would like to either return the item without having to pay for shipping and restocking fee because of being mislead or I would like to receive the full set for the same price I can purchase it somewhere else.
